Chapter 1263 by Marina Vittori
An Understated Dominance
Once everything was settled, Dustin led his men back to Zephyr Lodge. Natasha and Ruth were still unconscious, and Dustin did not wake them.
Now that Hector and Trent were dead, the Harmon family was in shambles. This would undoubtedly have a huge impact on Natasha, and she would have difficulty coming to terms with things.
All Dustin could do now was to make proper arrangements for Hectorâs funeral to reduce Natashaâs burden. Her father was dead, and no one could truly understand her pain. She would have to get through it herself.
âDo not touch any of the Harmonsâ businesses for now. The family has suffered a great impact and will need a thorough reorganization.
âAs for those who changed their allegiances to benefit themselves, detain them. Weâll deal with them after Natasha comes around.
âAlso, make sure Trentâs funeral is carried out according to the highest standards. Nothing should go wrong â¦
Dustin gave his orders in the meeting room, and the disciples of the Kirin Gang went off to get things done. âLogan!â Just then, Austin and his mother, the Princess Consort of Theswe, entered the meeting room.
The Princess Consort of Thesweâs name was Eloise Linsor. She was the eldest princess of Dragonmarsh. Many years ago, she had been arranged to marry Rufus, the Prince of Theswe.
Back then, Rufus was already married to Dustinâs mother. But since Eloise, a princess herself, didnât mind being the concubine, they proceeded with the wedding.
After the wedding, Eloise moved to West Lucozia and played her part well. She took good care of her husband and child and was widely recognized as a virtuous wife.
She also often participated in charity work and had a positive reputation. Everyone in West Lucozia only had praise for Eloise.
But Dustin knew very well that the princess who appeared all kind and benevolent was actually a shrewd woman.
âYour Highness.â
Dustin immediately got up from his seat to greet her politely. But his face was expressionless. He did not like this woman but didnât hate her, either.
âWeâre a family, Logan. Whatâs with the formalities?â Eloise smiled.
âYes, Logan. Though itâs been a decade since we last met, youâre still family. âWhy are you being so distant? Take your seat.â Austin behaved casually, dropping into a seat beside Dustin.
âPlease have a seat, Your Highness.â Dustin gestured for Eloise to be seated before he returned to his seat.
âYour father wanted to come over for your birthday, Logan. But something came up, and he couldnât make it.
âSo only Austin and I made it this time. I hope you donât mind,â Eloise started. âWhat do you mean, Your Highness? Itâs my honor to have you both here.â Dustin smiled politely.
âYou seem to have changed a lot in the past ten years, Logan.â
Eloise studied him properly and chuckled before saying, âBack then, you were full of youthful vigor and liveliness.
âBut now, youâve tempered your sharpness and become more mature and steady.â
âItâs been ten years. People change.â Dustin nodded slightly.
âYouâve been away from West Lucozia for so long, Logan. When are you planning to return?â Eloise suddenly asked.
âYes, Logan! All our buddies in West Lucozia are awaiting your return!â Austin looked up at him eagerly.
âIâve got loads of things to handle, so I have no plans of returning yet.â Dustin shook his head.
âNo matter what you have to deal with, I can help you with them!â Austin promised with a confident pat on his chest.
