An Understated Dominance by Marina Vittori Chapter 1351
âMr. Hans, we all come to the Golden Balcony for a good time. Whatâs gotten you so worked up?â Lana asked Her hips swung as she stepped into the room with a dazzling smile.
As soon as she entered, she caught everyoneâs attention. Her voluptuous figure and the unique allure radiating made her look like a cunning fox.
âMs. Camron, Iâve got some work to attend to, but If youâre here for fun, I can arrange a private room,â Pablo said, his voice softening though he still held his gun tightly.
âMr. Hans, this young man is actually my friend. I hope you can cut him some slack.â Lana smiled as she took Dustinâs arm affectionately.
Dustin was confused but didnât argue. After all, Lana was trying to help him, and he didnât want to embarrass her in front of everyone.
âA friend?â
Pablo glanced around and said icily,â Well, Ms. Camron, your friend is quite bold.
âHe has refused me multiple times and threatened to damage my Golden Balcony. He does not show me any respect at all.â
âReally?â Lana raised an eyebrow and looked at Dustin in surprise. She hadnât expected him to challenge Pablo so openly.
âMr. Hans, I apologize for my young friendâs rashness and lack of manners. I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive him.â Lana kept her smile.
âWell, but he needs to give me the formula before I can forgive him,â Pablo said coldly.
âThe formula?â Lana asked, feeling perplexed. She realized it was more than just a verbal argument; it was about their interests.
âI repeat, I cannot sell you the formula, âDustin firmly refused. Pablo brandished his gun, leaving no room for any negotiation.
âMs. Camron, did you not hear? Your friend does not know what he is talking about.â Pabloâs expression darkened as he raised his gun.
âMr. Hans, be patient. Itâs just a formula. Let me talk to him.â Lana smiled and lowered the muzzle of the gun.
She bent over and whispered to Dustin, âPablo is known for his cruelty. Give him the formula, and Iâll make sure youâre safe tonight.â
âMs. Camron, I appreciate your kindness. But I canât give him the formula.â Dustin shook his head.
Lana continued to persuade, âYour formula will remain valuable as long as there are chances. But if you die here, it will be useless to you too.â
She thought to herself, âThis guy is so stubborn. Even when heâs in danger, he wonât yield.â
âI wonât die, and he canât kill me,â Dustin replied calmly.
âYouâ¦â Lana was feeling frustrated at his response. Other than the presence of dozens of people around them, Pablo still held a gun. Lana wondered where Dustin had found the courage to make such a statement.
âMs. Camron, Iâm getting a little tired of you trying to get in my way,â Pablo warned sternly. Dustinâs stubbornness frustrated him, prompting Pablo to take action.
âMr. Hans, why donât we have a pleasant conversation and drink together?â Lana asked, taking two glasses of wine and handing one to Pablo.
âDrink?â Pablo snapped, slapping the glass out of her hand. The glass shattered, and wine sprayed everywhere. Lana was slightly startled, but she smiled and moved closer to Pablo.
She touched his chest with her delicate fingers and said softly, âMr. Hans, please donât be mad. If you let my friend go, I promise youâll be pleasantly surprised tonight.â
