Chapter 1438 by Marina Vittori
An Understated Dominance
Gretaâs stubbornness was outrageous! âOh, we had some visitors!â At that moment, Bo walked in. He strolled in casually and confidently. The female grandmaster, Elara, followed, her sharp eyes scanning the surroundings for potential threats.
âBo, youâre here?â Gretaâs expression softened upon seeing her younger brother.
âGreta, you havenât eaten yet, have you?â Bo said. âIâve brought some food from Regal Court. You should try it out.
Bo took the container from Elara and placed various dishes on Gretaâs desk. It was a well-rounded meal, ranging from salads to steaks.
âBo, youâre a lifesaver. Iâve taught you well.â Greta smiled, her previous concerns now brushed aside. She was genuinely thankful for her thoughtful brother.
âGreta, do these guests have any urgent business here?â Bo looked over at Ezra and Eleanor. He recognized them as fellow scions of well-off families, although they werenât exactly close friends.
âItâs all business, but we havenât struck a deal yet,â Greta explained.
âAre you Mr. Dawson of the Dawson Family?â Eleanor approached Bo and said, âWeâve recently developed a game -changing product called Rejuvenaid thatâs about to take the market by storm!
âWe originally wanted to team up with the Dawson Family. But, unfortunately, your sister made an unwise move by turning down our invitation.
âI hope you can talk to the Dawson familyâs management to reconsider our proposal.â
âTurned it down?â Bo raised an eyebrow and looked at both Greta and Eleanor. âWhat kind of deal are you offering us?â
âWeâre talking about ten percent shares,â Eleanor said, holding up one finger.
âTen percent?â Bo blinked, sounding surprised. âDid I hear that right?â
Eleanor nodded with unwavering confidence. âAbsolutely. The Dawson Family can pocket a ten percent profit without breaking a sweat. Why pass up such a golden opportunity?â
âMs. Welch, are you out of your mind? Ten percent? Do you think youâre giving out handouts to us?â Bo retorted, his voice laced with sarcasm. He found it hard to believe the audacity of Eleanor.
Dustinâs genuine Dew Balm granted him a 40 percent profit margin. This woman was suggesting just ten percent for an inferior product. It was as if she regarded the Dawson Family as an easy mark.
âMind your manners, Mr. Dawson,â Eleanor replied, her irritation evident.
âOur Rejuvenaid is definitely going to be a hit, and the cash will flow. Ten percent profit is more than enough for the Dawson Family to make a hefty profit.â
âTo hell with you! Do you really think you can make a hit without the Dawson Familyâs distribution channels?â Bo shot back.
âYou might have a fine product, but how do bitches like you plan to sell it without us? Do you think weâre gullible?
âI-Is this how youâre supposed to speak with me?!?â Eleanorâs frustration grew as Bo continued to challenge her.
She was used to being treated with respect and courtesy due to her status and beauty. Now, this guy was using profanity and derogatory terms without any hint of civility!
âThis is how I talk; youâll have to get used to it! If you donât like it, you can leave!â Bo didnât mince words.
âHow dare you-!â Eleanor was fuming. Bo was undeterred. âOh, you think Iâm going overboard? I can do much more if thatâs what you want.â
Bo snapped his fingers and instructed, â Hey, show these two numskulls the door! If they put up a fight, give them a lesson by breaking their legs!â
