Chapter 1601 by Marina Vittori
An Understated Dominance
âMadam Lynch, are you⦠Youâre not joking, right? Holly⦠really died?â Allen still couldnât quite believe it.
Holly was a member of the Celestial Alliance. She was powerful and skilled at reading people. How could she possibly be killed?
âOh my! Why would I joke about something so serious? My two girls saw it clearly. Hollyâs body is upstairs right now. If you donât believe it, you can send someone to check,â Jennie said, breaking into a cold sweat.
âYou two, go up and check!â Allen quickly ordered his henchmen to investigate. Soon, two henchmen rushed downstairs and delivered the same grim news. Holly was indeed dead. She was killed with a single blow.
Upon hearing the news, Allen erupted in anger. His fierce gaze turned toward Dustin, and he sternly said, âYou! Do you even realize what youâve done? Youâll pay for this with your life!â
True to his words, he commanded his men, âGet him! Tear him into pieces and feed him to the dogs!â
Hollyâs death couldnât go unpunished. If they didnât avenge her today, they would all face consequences. âAttack!â
Without hesitation, the martial artists from the Celestial Alliance charged forward with their weapons.
Dustin emotionlessly raised a hand, and a large number of silver needles shot out from his sleeves, instantly immobilizing all the Celestial Alliance martial artists. Each had a needle stuck in their necks. No matter how they struggled, they couldnât move an inch.
âWhatâs happening?â The crowd was baffled. All they could see was the Celestial Alliance martial artists running and suddenly freezing in place, as if under a petrification spell. Truly mysterious.
âAcupoint sealing technique?â Allen frowned as he figured it out.
With a simple wave, Dustin froze over a dozen martial artists. This acupoint sealing technique was truly mysterious. It was something not just any expert could achieve.
âI admit youâve got some skills, but youâve offended the entire Celestial Alliance. So, youâre as good as dead!â Allenâs face darkened as he slowly drew his sword from his waist.
âLet me repeat myself, Hollyâs death has nothing to do with me. Someone framed me,â Dustin said calmly.
He was well aware of the Celestial Allianceâs reputation. It was one of the three giants in the martial world alongside the Mystic Arts Order and the Sword Union.
If there wasnât a deep-seated grudge, he didnât want to be enemies with them. So, he held back earlier to avoid causing harm.
âIf youâre framed, then come with me to the Celestial Alliance headquarters. You can explain it there. But before that, you have to surrender!â Allen spoke coldly.
He didnât believe Dustin, but he wasnât confident about winning the fight right now. So, he tried to trick Dustin into the Celestial Alliance headquarters.
Once there, Dustin wouldnât escape death even if he had great skills!
âIâm not one to entrust my life to others, so I canât agree to your terms,â Dustin replied.
Suddenly, he brought Eleanor and Elena forward, tossing them to Allenâs side. âHollyâs death is linked to these two. The Celestial Alliance wonât have a hard time getting information out of them.â
