Chapter 2033 by Marina Vittori
An Understated Dominance
âDo you think Iâm scared? Chester, this jerk is just acting. Donât be fooled. If you can help me again, weâll definitely win!â Bertha replied with a gloomy expression.
Chesterâs eyelids twitched, and he almost wanted to scold her.
After all, Chester was already heavily injured and vomiting blood. Yet, Bertha still wanted him to fight. Chester wondered if she thought he was stupid.
Plus, Dustin didnât seem exhausted by how energetic he looked.
If Dustin summoned a powerful attack like just now, Chester would be dead.
âChester, youâre the leader of the Embersteel Order. Everyone knows how powerful you are. Are you telling me that youâre scared of that brat?â
Seeing Chester not replying, Bertha started to provoke him. If someone could take the lead and fight Dustin, Bertha naturally wouldnât need to risk her life.
âBertha, Iâm already heavily injured and donât have any energy to fight. I can only assist you from the side. However, since youâre sure that Dustin is powerless, Iâm sure you can take him down yourself.
âHarmony Sect is quite a powerful sect under your leadership, after all. Thus, thereâs no need for me to take part in this.â Chester coughed and pretended to be weak.
In fact, he was scolding Bertha in his heart for trying to use him. Since Bertha wanted to fight Dustin, she should go for it herself.
âChester, donât you believe in me?â Bertha furrowed her brow.
âItâs not that I donât believe you, but I really am powerless.â Chester covered his chest and started to cough violently.
It was obvious he didnât want to risk his life anymore.
âOkay! Since you donât want to fight, Iâll fight him myself!â
Although Bertha was displeased, she couldnât act out openly. Thus, she ordered the two Harmony Sectâs semi- grandmasters beside her, âThe two of you, attack together! Iâll wait for an opportunity from behind.â
âHuh?â Upon hearing that, the two semi-grandmasters turned stiff and anxious.
Even Embersteel Orderâs Chester was heavily injured from Dustinâs attack. Thus, they wondered what would happen to them.
If Dustin wasnât poisoned, they would be taking their own lives by fighting him.
âWhat? Are you not going to listen to me, either?â Berthaâs expression darkened.
âMaster Peach, are you sure he got poisoned?â one of the semi- grandmasters asked.
âAre you kidding me? Did I ever lie to you all? Make a move right now! If you continue to drag, the effects might wear off!â Bertha urged.
Tranqurinâs effects wouldnât last a long time on powerful grandmaster martial artists. Thus, Bertha wouldnât give Dustin the chance to bluff his way through.
âLetâs go all out!â The two semi- grandmasters exchanged glances. Then, they charged fiercely toward Dustin.
Meanwhile, Bertha held her Harmony dual swords and stood at the same spot. She waited patiently for the right moment.
If Dustin showed any hints of fatigue or weakness, Bertha would immediately rush forward to deliver a fatal blow!
âDie!â The two semi-grandmasters attacked Dustinâs left and right simultaneously. They targeted Dustinâs upper and lower body at an extremely fast pace.
With an indifferent expression, Dustin swung his sword.
A crescent-shaped black sword aura shot out again. Then, it slashed toward the two semi-grandmasters at the speed of lightning.
Dustin was simply too fast. The two aces couldnât react in time despite being prepared.
They felt a flash of black sword aura subtly slashing through their neck. It was an eerie yet fatal move.
The semi-grandmasters suddenly froze. Their corpses were separated as their heads fell to the ground.
The two widened eyes stared right at Berthaâs direction. Their gazes were filled with resentments.
