When Love Comes Late
âIâm your son while Stella is adopted.
Clint was enraged.
His chest heaved heavily in anger.
Stella grew worried.
She moved in front of Clint, shielding him from Aziel as she stood between them.
She glared at Aziel and scolded harshly, âWhere the hell were you when your father was sick and lying in bed? You know very well heâs having issues with his health, and youâre yelling at him.
What exactly is your goal here? To get him killed?â
The color drained from Azielâs face, as he turned ghastly pale.
He stood there, staring at Stella.
Stella went on, âEvery single time you return, all you do is ask him for more money.
Do you even care about him at all? He raised you, in hopes that youâd be someone great.
But have you ever even done anything for your so called family?â
Aziel was filled with anger and couldnât take it anymore.
âYou f@cking bitch!â
He marched towards Stella.
She narrowed her eyes at him and her hand raised instinctively to protect Clint as she retreated.
In a flash, Aziel was dragged backwards.
He lost his balance and crashed into the wall.

It turned out that Oliver had entered and intervened.
Turning to Stella in worry, he questioned, âStella, Are you okay?â
She shook her head.
She wanted to speak, but was interrupted by Aziel.
âOliver! Why are you getting involved in my business? Have you forgotten who your real family is? Has she brainwashed you too?â
Oliver stared at him, a cold look in his eyes.
âAre you trying to get Grandpa killed? Get out! Now! If you donât, the security will have to drag you out.
â
Aziel looked at him in disbelief and anger.
He knew Oliver was capable of following through with his threat.
âFine! You just wait and see! This isnât over yet!â Aziel turned around, storming out of the room.
The room grew quiet once more.
âItâs all my fault; I did a bad job with him,â Clint said, Lowering his head.
âDonât say that, Grandpa.
Donât let this ruin your mood; your health is more important,â Stella said.
