Chapter 30
When Love Comes Late
âReally?â Stellaâs eyes lit up.
KlassicLuxe was one of the biggest brand names in the world.
As a result, it was the dream of countless designers to make co-branded clothes with them.
Stella was just at a Klassicluxe branch shop.
She had seen many wears of the season.
There and then, ideas flooded her mind.
She and Miley chatted to no end.
They didnât fall asleep until about four oâclock in the morning.
Stella missed her morning alarm.
As a result, she only had a few minutes to get ready for work.
Miley took it upon herself to drive her just to beat time.
The Maybach pulled up in the driveway of Prosperity Group.
After saying goodbye to Miley, Stella opened the door and got out.
Many of her colleagues saw her get out of the luxury car, so they gossiped while staring at her jealously.
They didnât have the decency to stop even when Stella got seated at her desk.
Luna walked over and said sourly, âWhatâs this I am hearing about you arriving to work in a shiny Maybach this morning? Who drove you?â
Stella turned a deaf hear to that.
However, Luna refused to drop it.
âWas it your husband? Or just someone who wants to date you?

Stella slapped a document on the desk and looked at her with a smile.
âDo you have feelings for me?â
Luna was taken aback.
When she came to her senses, she snapped, âWhat the hell are you talking about?â
Stella shrugged.
âIf you donât have feelings for me, why are you prying into my private life?â
Luna fanned herself with her hand as her face darkened.
Stella looked away and reminded, âMr.
Clark told you the basic duty of a PR officer last time.
Youâd better focus on working.
This isnât a gossip ground, is it?â
All the employees who had gathered to watch the show dispersed to their desks when they heard that reminder.
No one wanted to get into Matthewâs bad books.
Luna was so angry that her face turned red.
There was a scathing retort at the tip of her tongue, but she couldnât dare to speak when she remembered how Matthew had gotten short with her last time.
