She looked away, adorably feigning anger and letting out a snort.

"Anyway, Lyse, you really shouldn't fall into Jasper's trap again. Men are all scumbags!” Liam

Alyssa, worried that his sibling might reignite her relationship with Jasper.

“Except for me, Liam,” Sean timidly stood up for himself.

“Me too,” Jonah chimed in.

“Right, right. The guys in our family are pretty decent,” Liam hurriedly added.

“Well, not all. There's this one old man who tarnishes the reputation of Taylor men,” joked Alyssa

The three men exchanged knowing glances. Winston Taylor immediately came to their minds.

“I don't give a damn!” Mandy scowled when she was being asked to help Jasper. She had always

yielded

to Alyssa’s wishes, but this time, she staunchly refused Alyssa's request for the medications.

“There's nothing more to talk about.” Mandy waved at her and reminded her coldly, “I'm well aware

he mistreated you in the past. Lyla and Colette would have remembered it, too. Isn't he the

"Oh, right, doesn't he have a couple of lovers around him? I don't see them shedding tears for him,

also detailed how Jasper got hurt while rescuing her.

“God, I'm tired of keeping secrets for you. We've gathered enough secrets to fill a dossier from your

marriage to Jasper Beckett,” Mandy grumbled, poking Alyssa lightly on the temple.

She added, “I should have told your dad about the mountain incident and have him discipline you!"

"He-he! Even if you did, he wouldn't be able to do much. He would have disciplined me earlier if he

have,” Alyssa teased.

After some persuasion, Alyssa finally convinced Mandy to help.
