Philip rushed in and grabbed Barbara’s hand. Before he could say anything, Barbara was pushing again. After Briony came out, Barbara breathed a sigh of relief. “Philip…. Our child has been born.”

Philip sighed in amazement and disbelief. Still looking stiff, he kissed Barbara’s temple.

“I’m happy too. But where were you? I told you not to leave me too long. You know I’m waiting for you, right? What if Briony finds out her father didn’t accompany her at the birth? She’ll be sad!”

“I’m not going anywhere, Babe. I just went to handle the

“Yes,” Kara stroked her husband’s chest, “Frank is a gentle-hearted father and a very loving husband now.”

“But he’s still a fierce boss at the office,” Ava said, glancing in anothe

While everyone was giggling in amusement, the twins ran over. Russell looked out of breath, having difficulty keeping up with the speed of his elder siblings.

The twins laughed in amusement as they threw themselves against Frank and Kara’s legs.

“Mommy, we think all the guests have arrived.”

“Mommy, Daddy, let’s blow out the candle!” Emily jumped up and down a little. Russell wanted to imitate but instead bumped into

“Okay, okay. Let’s light some candles and sing together.” Kara took the twins’ hands. Frank then lifted Russell into his arms. The baby was shaking his legs excitedly.

“After that, let’s make a wish, blow out the candles, and don’t forget to take photos together!” Emily raised her other hand as high as she could.

“Woohoo! I’m really happy tonight. I’ve prepared a lot of poses for taking photos. Watch out! Everyone will be amazed.” Louis nodded

The next day, a new photo was displayed on the shelf in their living Toom. The background was no longer the hospital walls, but the beautiful Harper’s residence.

All faces were beaming there, including Russell who showed his four proud teeth. Louis looked confident with his tie-pinning pose, while Emily was still loyal to his cheek-cupping pose.

Behind them, Frank and Kara glanced at each other lovingly. M impressions were implied in their eyes as their smiles were full of -sincerity, gratitude, and admiration.

“Thank you for coming back into my life, Queen Bee.”

“And thank you for fighting for us to be together again. I love you, Frank Harper.”

“I love you too, Kara Harper. From a to z?”
