CHAPTER 54
Alpha Alec's Redemption
Chapter 54
Alec..
âYou!â the words slip from my lips at the same time as Sadie says them.
My eyes stared at the man in shock. A man that I thought Iâd never see again. A man that Iâve been searching for, for three f**g years.
I could never mistake him for anyone. Well, unless he had a f**g twin that we donât know about. Iâve studied. the video footage over and over again trying to look for clues about who the f**k he was.
I knew his face like the back of my hand. I knew his body build. His hair color and his f*g v**oice.
Three f**g years. Three years of wanting, needing answers. Three years of torture, wondering why he would betray an alpha. Why he would work for an insignificant member of the pack to try and trap the alpha.
Iâve wondered over and over again what Sadie could have given him for him to drug me. She was an orphan. Her
him. parents were omegas. They simply had nothing, meaning Sadie didnât have any kind of money to pay
My heart started speeding up as anger begun to flood my veins. I could hardly breathe as I thought of what Iâd lost because of this p**k.
With a roar, I unleashed my anger as Knox came forward, ready to tear the b**d limb from limb. Before I can make a move though, Sadie moves and strikes.
Power unleashes from her, sending everyone in the room flying in different directions. Her aura suffocates even me. Itâs nothing Iâve ever felt before and I donât think Iâll ever get used it.
By the time I get up, Sadie had the f**r in a choke hold, against the opposite wall. The jeans and tight t-shirt she had on moments ago were no longer on her. Instead, they were replaced with white flowing dress with a golden rope around her waist and golden bands around her arms. She reminded me of those Greek goddesses that people always talked about.
âDo you have any f**g idea what your actions caused?â she growls, her voice a bit deeper and deadlier than her
normal one.
The b***d could barely speak given that Sadie was choking the s** out of him. His eyes bulged out and his face was turning red. He was a mountain of a man, yet Sadie held him off the ground with just one hand.
âWhat are you doing, Sadie?â Piper screams, but her words fall on deaf ears. Sadie looked completely lost in her
anger.
Wind picks up as she turns around and throws him, causing him to crash against a coffee table.

She turns to her beta, and threatens âMake sure nobody gets inside this room, I have a b**d to teach a lesson
before I kill him.â
King, as I came to know heâs called, nods, then steps out. Sadie turns her eyes back at the man just as he starts standing up. He has a cut on the head, and he was holding his side, wincing in pain.
What is your problem ladyâ he grits through clenched teeth. âWhy the f**k would you attack me?â
âLady?â Sadie mocks. âIs that what you call women whose lives you ruined?â
âI donât even know who the f**k you areâ he yells, stepping over the broken glass of the coffee table.
Wait a f**g minute. He doesnât know her? How could he not know the same f**g woman that paid him to drug me?
âYou almost got me killed you f**g b**d!â Sadie lashes out as her powers intensifies sending everyone in the room to their knees. âBut since you donât remember me, let me introduce myself. My name is Sadie Evans. You pretended to be a bartender at a party, then gave me and the alpha drinks that were roofied. Does that ring a
bell?â
He frowns for a second. I see the moment it all becomes clear in his head. The moment realization hits me. Heâs bravado disappears, and fear replaces it.
âWhat is she talking about?â Piper pulls my arm, a tremble in her voice.
âThis is the bartender that drugged me,â I spat in anger and hatred.
I couldnât take my eyes from him. Sadieâs powers were holding us down. I couldnât fucking get up. Nobody could.
âIt canât beâ Piper whispers beside me, the fear making me turn to look at her. âHe is Calvin. My mateâ
Her words send a shock wave throughout my body. Was the moon goddess this f**g cruel? Why would she make the man that colluded in drugging me, my sisterâs mate?
F**k!
âHow the **k did you not recognize the f***r?â I ground out, as my hands fisted at my sides.
âI didnât know how he lookedâ Piper hisses, hysterically, almost in tears âYou never showed me the f**g footage, so I had no idea who he was.â
I think back and realize that she was right. F**k! The next day after the incident, I showed Sadie the video, but never my sister.
A c**k pulls my attention from my sister and the s**t show that has become our lives. The f**r was on the floor,

with Sadie standing over him. Her fist raised.
She doesnât stop there as she rains blow after blow. I wince. If I didnât hate the b**d, I would have felt sorry for him. I know how f**g brutal Sadieâs hits are.
She the raises him by his collar, before sending him flying. He hits a wall and falls down groaning. Iâm finally released from her powers, so I stand up. I also wanted my pound of flesh.
As I watch Sadie beat the s**t out of him, something nags me at the back of mind. Something about this whole. f**g thing doesnât add up.
âPlease stop her, sheâs going to kill himâ Piper begs beside me, clutching my arm in a vice grip, her nails digging into my skin.
âWhy the f**k would I do that?â I ask, surprising her.
This was the same guy that drugged me. I was not going to step in and save his f**g a**
âPleaseâ she begs, tears running down her face.
I turn and ignore her. Nobody f**g crosses me. Not even my sisterâs f**g mate.
âGive me one good reason why I shouldnât end you right now?â Sadie asks, walking towards him.
She kneels down and grips his hair, wrenching his head backwards. He couldnât answer. Every time he tried to; blood splattered from his mouth. He was beaten black and blue.
Sadie laughs. A menacing and cold laugh. âThatâs right. There is no reason for you to live. I would have spared you! if the woman you called âBabeâ was still my friend, but sheâs a backstabbing b**h and seeing her in pain at losing you will bring me unmeasurable joy.â
I clamp my jaw at the insult to Piper Piper, on the other hand, tenses. A gasp leaving her mouth at Sadieâs cruel words.
Sadie raises her hand, her claws out, ready to strike, but her friend stops her.
âDonât kill him yet, Sadieâ she tells her calmly, coming to stand behind her.
Sadie turns those glowing white eyes to her. âAnd why shouldnât I?â
âThink about it, he has answers youâve been searching for, for years. He clearly wasnât working alone. We need to know why he drugged you and Alec and then framed you.â
Sadie is silent a while, thinking. Minutes later, she turns to him, giving him a sardonic smile Iâm sure he can barely see, given his eyes are swollen shut.

âItâs your lucky day b**d. You get to live another day. Then again, I canât say it will be a lucky stay because I plan on torturing you like Iâd been tortured,â Sadie says before standing up. âCall one of the warriors, let them lock him in the dungeon.â
âSadie pleaseâ Piper begs.
âDonât call my f**g name!â Sadie snaps, her eyes narrowed as she glares at Piper. âIf itâs too much for you to see him locked up, you can f**g join him. Maybe then I can give you a taste of the torture your f**g brother and pack put me through. Call it even.â

Piper gasps and I grip her hand in warning. I love my sister, there is no f**g way am I letting her end up in the dungeon.
Without another word and a look of hatred thrown at us, Sadie leaves. Disappearing into thin air.
The locked doors open. King enters with warriors, and they drag Calvin away while Piper remains at my side
crying.
She turns to me, her head on my chest as she hugs me tightly. I wrap my hands around her, and itâs then it hits me.
F**k. F**k. What if I was wrong this whole f**g time?
