Mr. President You Are The Daddy Of My Triplets

They were in the parking lot of MSin which was only reserved for Rafael and Joseph with the private elevator. Co
âYou made me late,â she said glancing at him. After getting done with his seat belt, he leaned over to unbuckle hers.
âNopes. I didnât. It was Sophie. She drove slowly to reach the hotel,â Marissa stretched her lips. into a forced smile knowing full well that he was jesting with her.
âAre you serious? It was your laptop, Rafael. Not Sophie,â
Holding her face, he bumped their noses, âWhy not take away the blame from Sophie and my laptop and pin it on something else.â
Marissa was already getting conscious of his closeness, âAnd who will you pin it on?â she cocked up a brow, âWill it be a person or a thing?â
He cleared his throat and got serious. But Marissa had already seen that mischievous glint in his emerald green eyes, âI would like to pin it on the blow job!â he said.
A puny punch landed on his shoulder, âJerk!â
She turned around to unlock the door, âHey. Iâll wait for you,â she heard him behind her and
froze.
Chewing her lower lip, she looked back over her shoulder, âDean might kill me. I was supposed to be here earlier than usual.â
His arms enveloped her, drawing her to him, âAnd why Dean would kill you?â
This was his noânonsense tone and those green orbs flashed iciness while roaming on her face. She tried to shrug it off with a chuckle, âBecause Iâm late.
âEven if you are late, Marissa. So what? Nobody can dictate to you or get mad at you,â he said. looking into her eyes, âgot that?â
She wanted to ask the reason. Why couldnât Dean or Joseph say anything? Rafael was making her feel as if she was the owner there.
He was still looking at her. She cupped his cheek and nodded at him with a soft smile, âGot that!â
He gently tilted his head into her hand and kissed it.
She was feeling giddiness while walking to the office. The feeling that Rafael was waiting for her in the parking lot was giving her butterflies in her tummy.
âHello!â she announced her presence when found Dean and Delinda sliding small cartons in the hallway.
âHey!â Dean hugged her and whispered, âAny idea why our boss thinks that we have snakes?*

Because I told him.
âI wish I could explain this,â she then eyed Delinda who was asking the workers to shift the food
cartons to the truck.
Like always she didnât arrive to greet her or hug her.
âHey, Del,â Marissa walked over to her friend, âHow is George?â she asked about her boy praying mentally that he was alright.
âHe is good, Delinda shifted her focus to the man who was packing the stuff and taping it.
âIâm sorry for being late, Delinda. Sophie⦠my friend⦠she took me for coffeeâ¦â
Dean who was standing behind her, placed his hand on her shoulder, âDonât worry. I have packed most of your stuff.â
Marissa felt guilty. It wasnât Deanâs job.
âMy apologies again⦠Iâll be more careful in the future.â
âThatâs not a problem, Marissa,â the laborers were sliding the cartons outside the hallway and Marissa could see uniformed men who must be here for fumigation, setting the chemical packages and containers.
Marissa noticed Delinda struggling with the heavy paper bags and immediately went over to take them from her, âLet me do that, Del. Move back.
But Delinda almost snatched it from her grip quite harshly, âNo thanks,â she said in a clipped
voice.
Even Dean seemed surprised at her rude tone. When his eyes met Marissaâs, he just shrugged in
confusion.
What went wrong?
Why is Del treating me like this?
Is she in trouble?
Is it about her baby?
âDel!â she called her name, but Delinda didnât even bother to look at her.
âDid I do something wrong? Did I hurt you?â she asked and tried grasping her friendâs wrist.
Delinda gently freed h and and shook her head, âNo. You didnât.â
âDel. Iâm just worriedâ¦â
âNo need to get worried for me, Marissa. Excuse meâ¦. I have got a job to doâ¦â Delinda walked away with a firm face.
Marissa felt hurt. Shouldnât Delinda confide in her? As a friend shouldnât she tell her about the
issue?
After that Marissa got busy with work. She kept instructing the workers after labeling the
cartons

They needed to get it done quickly so that fumigation could be started.
She took out the phone from her purse when heard the ringtone.
Rafael.
With a smile, she moved to a private corner and spoke, âYes?â
His impatient voice reached her ears, âHow long will it take? Iâm waiting.â
She smiled and eyed the other corner where Dean was busy, but Delinda was looking at her not trying to break the eye contact this time. Marissa shuddered when she realized what it was in
her eyes.
Hatred.
âIâll be down soon,â Rafael cracked a joke about a blow job, and she couldnât even laugh.
âThank you, ladies. Now you two should leave,â Dean said goodânaturedly.
Marissa lifted herself on her toes and kissed his check, âYou are a sweetheart: Dean wasnât prepared for the kiss and gave her a sheepish smile.
âUh⦠thanks,â
She came out of the building with Delinda behind her. She spun around to face her, once they were out. Rafael was waiting for her in the private parking but here she needed to talk to her.
âNow letâs talk like adults, Del. What did I do?â
Delinda who was looking at her, smirked, âYou did nothing. You are too innocent to do anything bad.â
âCome on, Delinda. This isnât the time to be sarcastic. What happened?â She demanded.
âI was there in the superstore two days back!â she snapped.
âSuperstore? Two days back?â Marissa wasnât understanding anything.
âYeah. When your girls bought condom packs. I was enjoying it until⦠until I saw Mr. Rafael Sinclairâ¦â
Marissaâs head started reeling,
âAnd donât you dare say it wasnât you? Iâm not blind, Marissa. For how long itâs been going?â
âDelinda⦠I⦠I can explain.
âExplain? Explain what ow you became a home breaker? When his wife is back home waiting for him, he is with you and taking your kidsâ responsibility? I misjudged you, Marissa.â
âTh⦠this⦠Isnât fairâ¦â Marissa tried her best not to cry, âYou arenât even allowing me to offer any explanationsâ
âThere is no explanation for cheating, Marissa. Now I understandâ¦why he was giving you these huge favors in office. Kate was so right. How wrong I thought of her. Delinda closed her eyes and shook her head, âShe was right all along. Now I understand how you got that position.â

âDelinda. I thought we were friends,â she whispered.
âNot anymore. I can never be friends with a home wrecker, Marissa. Donât you ever try to talk to
me.â
