Chapter 2640

My Substitute CEO Bride

Nash followed Aurora back to Hydra Hill. Whistler and Linden stayed behind, waiting at the foot of the mountain.

Casimir had instructed Whistler that he needed to undergo trials in the mortal realm for at least two years, so he did not ascend the mountain. As for Linden, being deceased, he also could not go up.

Upon reaching the summit, Nash accompanied Aurora to Casimir's house. Aurora politely knocked lightly on the door. "Father Hay, Master Calcraft has arrived."

A familiar voice from inside responded, "Alright, let him in. Aurora, you can wait outside."

"Understood, Father Hay."

Nash then entered the room. Casimir sat comfortably in a purple sandalwood chair, leisurely sipping tea. Nash performed a respectful bow. "Master Hay, you called for me?"

Casimir set down his teacup and gestured to the chair beside him. "Come, Master Calcraft. Have a seat here."

"Thank you, Master Hay."

Nash took a seat next to Casimir. The elder asked with a meaningful look, "How is it?"

Nash shook his head, understanding that Casimir was asking about his inner demons. "Master Hay, I actually failed."

"Oh? What about now?"

"It was the Heaven-Shaking Tome that saved me. You called for me for this reason, right? Fogort spoke with me, and I learned that the Heaven-Shaking Tome belongs to Hydra Hill."

"I see. So, what are your plans?" Casimir asked again.

Nash smiled. "You summoned me. I wouldn't dare go against your words."

His response was clear. Initially, he had hoped to resolve his inner demons through the All Souls Token. Now that his demons seemed to be conquered, he no longer cared about the ownership of these powers.

"Master Hay, the Heaven-Shaking Tome is yours. If you want it back, just say so, and I'll give it to you."

Casimir stood up and pulled a tattered book from his robe. "No, Master Calcraft. While the Heaven-Shaking Tome is indeed a treasure we guard, our ancestors instructed us not to interfere too much if it has chosen its own successor.

"Therefore, since the Heaven-Shaking Tome chose you, I don't intend to reclaim

it.

"On the contrary, I wish to pass on all the techniques of the Heaven-Shaking Tome to you."

Nash felt a bit taken aback. The high-ranking Casimir would go to such lengths for him? He respectfully accepted the tattered book.

He then bent slightly and expressed his gratitude, "Thank you, Master Hay. I appreciate your understanding."

Casimir helped him up. "No need for thanks. Now, let's have another conversation."

"Of course, I'll follow your lead."

The two sat down. Casimir took another sip of tea and then cleared his throat. "Where shall we start?"

"Let's begin with the Six Ritualistic Weapons."

"Nash, how much do you know about the Six Ritualistic Weapons?"

Nash thought for a moment before answering, "Until I received your guidance to search for the All Souls Token, I had never heard of them. I find it strange why the existence of something great, such as the Six Ritualistic Weapons, seems only known to your generation."
