Chapter Four: You're Very Beautiful

Terry's POV

"Remember, Just smile and serve." Danny said making the final touches on my bowtie.

"Okay. Okay. I got it." I whined trying to yank his hands away from my neck. After few more touches, Danny was satisfied with his creation. He gave me a few more instructions and then he was done.

"Okay, I have to go. Wish me luck and don't fuck up anything." Danny grabbed his book bag and he was out of the door. I looked at myself in the mirror trying to figure out what I have gotten myself into. I check my watch to see its 11:30am the time Ginger, Danny's co-worker said would come and pick me up. I tried to calm myself but my nerves were getting the best of me. A knock came through the the door snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Coming." I answered grabbing all my necesitties for the trip. I took one final breathe before opening the door.

"Come on we are running late." Ginger said almost in a screaming manor. She pulled my arm and we were out of the apartment. We rushed through the lobby once the elevator doors opened.

"So do you know what you are doing?" Ginger asked once we started our two hour journey to Hot Springs.

"Smile and serve?" I asked with a smirk and turning my head away from the window.

"No shit, I mean with Amanda."

"What do you mean?"

"I mean, does she know you're filling in for Danny?"

"Am assuming Danny told her."

"Well, let's hope for the best."

"What do you mean by that?"

"Exactly that, Lets hope for the best." And with that Ginger turned onto the freeway and we were off into the desert. We drove for straight two hours because Ginger didn't want to risk being late, even though we were.

We arrived around 1:45pm and Ginger was not hiding the fact that we were going to get in trouble. We pulled up to the Hilton Hotel and the valet took our car at the front. We rushed through the lobby so fast that I didn't have time to admire the beauty of the hotel. We got to the kitchen were all the chaos was happening. People were running to and from, a woman was whisking and giving orders at the same time. We made eye contact with her and she looked pissed off.

"Where the fuck have you been?" She asked heading towards our way.

"Sorry Mom, there was a lot of traffic." Ginger responded. Mom? What the hell?

"Who the hell are you?" She turned around and went back to her whisking.

"Umm, am Terry. Am filling in for Danny he couldn't be here." I responded with my voice shaking.

"Well Terry, tell your friend he is fired so that means I don't need your dumb ass in my kitchen," she said practically growling at me. "And as for you, get your ass where you are suppose to be and we will deal with this at home." With those final words, Amanda disappeared behind the double doors.

"What the hell just happened?" I asked facing Ginger.

"Umm, my mom happened. Am sorry you gonna have to wait until 7 to go home. I have to go to work." she said as she put on her apron. "Sorry." She mouthed as she disappeared through the chaos.

So am stuck here for like 6 hours? Why the fuck didn't I drive myself? Oh yeah, because I don't have a car. I walked passed the lobby and noticed how beautiful it is. The crystal chandelier beautifully hanging in the middle of the room.

"Excuse me sir." A woman with a petite frame came infront of me.

"Yeah?"

"Are you working on the event in the ball room?" She asked playing with her fingers.

"Actually, I think I just got fired."

"Oh am sorry, but you can't be in the Hotel lobby if you are not a guest or working at an event, am gonna have to ask you to leave." She explained making my blood boil.

"You are shitting me right?" I asked making her eyes widen in shock.

"No sir. Am sorry but am not shitting you." she started to shake and I notice fear in her eyes. "Its company policy."

"Its company policy to let an innocent man burn outside in the 105 degree heat?" I scolded.

"Is there a problem?" A deep voice came from behind me.

"Hell yeah there is a...." As I turn around, I was taken back by the chest wall that was currently infront of me. He raised his hand and snapped his fingers motioning some people our way. Before I knew it, I was being carried out of the lobby by two

meat-heads.

"Too bad for you idiots, I wanted to come out into this nasty humid heat." I said making a disgusted face. I walk over to the fountain sitting area and sat down. I look at the time, 2:10pm great, only 5 hours and 50 minutes to go.

"You are being unreasonable." I hear a lady's voice coming from the left side where I was sitting. I looked over and saw the most handsome piece of specimen I have ever seen. He was about 6'2 and had the most beautiful ocean-blue eyes that I have ever seen. He was wearing a simple dress white shirt and black dress pants. Too bad am in a relationship.

"Why didn't you tell me?" The beautiful creature asked the female.

"People change!" She sobbed as she wiped the tears in her eyes.

"People do. Monsters don't." He said as he turned around and glared at her. Holy shit my pants are getting tighter by the second.

"You know what, Fuck you!" She turned around dramatically flipping her hair over her shoulder.

"Gwen, I love you. Please don't do this." He grabbed her arm stopping her from walking away. Dammit, why are the hot ones always taken? Wait, am taken. Fuck.

"Don't. Just don't." She yanked Her arm away from his grip and she ran away. I looked at my feet so that I don't seem like I was staring. I felt my phone vibrate in my pants. I took it out and saw it was Danny. Holy Shit!

"Hello." I answered keeping my voice formal.

"Hey, how is it going? Amanda is not being a bitch, is she?" He asked.

"Um, I wouldn't know." I spoke softly.

"What do you mean you wouldn't know?" I could hear the restrain in his voice from keeping himself from yelling.

"She fired me the second she saw me, what the hell is wrong with her?" I asked raising my voice.

"Everything. Am sorry you had to go all the way there for nothing. At least you get to enjoy the luxurious Hilton Hotel."

"Oh, another thing, they fucking kicked me outside, some shit about Hotel policy, so am gonna need you to come get me."

"And how do you expect me to do that?"

"Uber, Taxi and I don't fucking care how, Just do it."

"Do you know how much it's gonna cost? Fuck no!"

"I don't give a shit how much it's gonna cost from LA to here. Danny am in this fucking mess because of your dumb ass!" At this point I am screaming at him.

"I know and I am truly sorry, but you know I can't afford it." He said in a soothing voice making me furious even more. I stood up and started pacing back and forth.

"Danny I swear to God, you're going to regret..." I didn't get to finish my sentence because that is when I noticed that the fine piece of specimen was staring at me. Holy Fuck. We made eye contact and neither of us was breaking the connection.

"Am sorry, can I help you with something?" I asked in an annoyed voice so that he won't notice the attraction I have for him. He stood there not saying anything. Even though he is extremely gorgeous and I kind of want to hump him right there, his staring is creepy.

"Staring is rude you know?" I finally spoke.

"Sorry it's just, you're very beautiful." He spoke with his deep voice sending shivers throughout my body. God I want him. I lifted my hand and put my phone to my ear.

"Danny, am gonna have to call you back."

Terry and Grayson finally have met. YASSSSSSSSSSS!!!!
