Chapter 191
Between Ruin And Resolve: My Ex-Husband’s Regret
Chapter 191:
Jordyn stood in stunned silence. Sadieâs composed demeanor only deepened the humiliation. She offered no further explanationâjust a steady, knowing gaze. And that, more than anything, shattered Jordynâs resolve and her composure cracked.
âYouâre a fraud!â she screeched, her voice shrill with desperation. âA complete fraud! Thereâs no way youâre Sandra!â A storm of resentment churned within her. Everything she had schemed for had just collapsed into nothing.
Sadie exhaled lightly, stepping past her, but Jordyn wasnât finished. In a flash, she grabbed Sadieâs wrist. âWhere do you think youâre going?â
Sadieâs brows knitted together, irritation flickering in her gaze. With a firm tug, she freed her arm from Jordynâs grasp, her tone cold.
âLet go.â
Jordyn recoiled, almost toppling over. Her voice was laced with spite as she confronted Sadie. âYouâre not blind. Three years ago, you climbed the ladder by sleeping with Wall. And here you are, still entwined with him, even pulling strings to secure a deal with Wall Group. You claim to be Sandra? You think youâre fooling anyone? Youâd be a joke if this got out!â
Sadieâs response was a scornful smirk. âReally, Jordyn, who do you think you are? You think you have any right to lecture me?â
Seething, Jordyn found herself speechless with fury. Without another word, Sadie turned to leave.
âYouâre not going anywhere!â Jordyn stepped in front of her, blocking her path. âYou canât parade here pretending to be Sandra. Youâre coming with me to the committee!â
Sadieâs laugh was cold and dismissive as she ceased to engage. She gestured to the security guards nearby.
âEscort her out.â
Two guards in black swiftly approached, each taking hold of Jordyn by an arm. Jordyn struggled and shouted, âLet me go! Do you know who I am? Iâm a designer at Wall Group! Touch me, and youâll regret it!â

The security team ignored Jordynâs protests, forcibly removing her from the premises without hesitation.
Outside, the glow of neon lights and the noise of the bustling crowd filled the air. Jordyn found herself roughly dumped on the curb, her appearance disheveled, her dignity wounded.
As she glared back at the illuminated entrance of the venue, fury and resentment surged within her.
From the doorway, Sadie observed as Jordyn was forcibly removed, maintaining a composed expression. After a moment, she returned inside.
Calm settled over Sadie. She had foreseen Jordynâs disruption and was well-prepared.
Meanwhile, the host took the stage.
âWelcome to Vision Clash, ladies and gentlemen!â The hostâs voice, filled with excitement, echoed across the room. âAnd now, please welcome the chief judge of tonightâs eventâSandra!â
As the spotlight shifted to the side entrance, the audienceâs attention followed, filled with eager anticipation. Sadie emerged gracefully from backstage.
A hush fell over the crowd momentarily, then it erupted into thunderous applause.
Sadieâs design department colleagues were stunned, their expressions of disbelief plain for all to see. Sandra was actually Sadie? How could this be possible?!
Noah occupied a seat in the front row, his intense eyes slightly narrowed, his focus unyielding as he watched Sadie on stage. She shone brilliantly, her presence even more commanding than it had been three years prior. Back then, she had always appeared slightly reserved around him, her demeanor tinged with deference.
