Stella and Bella had nothing to do with each other back then, and Keegan could be the only reason why Stella looked her up.

Stella suppressed her rising anger and put on a smile. “I don’t need anyone to tell me that. That drama was so popular among all the major platforms back then. I’m also a big fan of that drama.”

Someone at the side chimed in. “You’re talking about Legacy, right? It was amazing. I still rewatch it every year.”

“It’s already been four years, and I heard that they are still generating tens of millions from their annual royalties. It shows just how many people are still rewatching it.”

Bella smirked, brimming with confidence.

It was just an achievement that anybody would be proud of.

Yelena, who had just finished her makeup, walked over at that moment and chimed in. “I remember that this drama was a turning point for Nicole, and she got nominated for the best actress because of it too. Before that, everyone thought that she could only act in idol dramas, but she proved herself in Legacy.

“She would’ve won the best actress award if it wasn’t for the intense competition that year. But Legacy opened a broader market for her. She has become a familiar face in serious dramas while other actresses who debuted at the same time as her are still chasing fame in idol dramas. My parents would be glued to the TV every night whenever her show was being broadcast.”

The look on Bella’s face froze.

When Yelena said that the other actresses who debuted at the same time as Nicole were still chasing fame in idol dramas, she automatically thought that it was directed at her.

Her face darkened as she glared at Yelena. However, Yelena did not even notice that as she just turned around and continued chatting with other people.

“My grandma is just the same! She doesn’t know any new idols when I mention them to her. But, when I bring Nicole up, she immediately knows who I’m talking about! She even bought five bottles of the peanut oil that Nicole endorsed! Nicole’s character as the orphan really touched people’s hearts, and my grandmother always thinks that she’s not doing very well in real life either. “The male lead is doing very well too! The new movie that he starred in got nominated in the Cantown Film Festival, and he only films movies now.”

“Not only that the male lead is doing well, but other actors who participated in that show are also now big names in serious roles after Legacy blew up. The director and scriptwriter did such a good job that they made both the drama and the actors famous.

Bella’s expression changed from being proud to not wanting to be involved in this conversation anymore.

However, Stella was not going to let that happen. She just had to get the main character involved since the topic had been brought up.

So, she asked after listening to what they said, “Does Bella have other dramas that are not idol dramas? I thought Legacy was the only one because I just couldn’t find any information about it online.

Is the information on Wikipedia not up to date?”

Bella kept quiet.

Everybody paused and exchanged glances.

Bella had two non-idol dramas. One of them was Legacy and the other one was Rose Storm.

She was not exactly the protagonist in the former, but with the director’s careful guidance and her beginner’s luck, her performance was not considered too bad. It could even be the peak of her acting skills.

However, the cast of Rose Storm was nowhere as good as Legacy and her acting skills could not portray her character well at all. Besides, Bella was already a popular influencer when she filmed Rose Storm, so the production team did not really dare to offend her.

She could change the script as she wished and even demanded to redecorate the set just because she thought that it was not good enough. Rose Storm was supposed to be a spy drama, yet it turned into a Mary Sue fantasy in the end.
