Chapter 379
Mr. Kane Got Blacklisted
Keegan almost popped a vein. âYou know about Toy Boy too?â
âStella is a big fan of his. She likes his videos every day.â
âYou know her Instagram account name?â
Vermont paused and took a guess, âYou donât know whatâs your own wifeâs Instagram account name?â
When Instagram had just become famous, Vermont registered an account for Keegan. But after he bought a new phone, he did not download the application, let alone use it.
Keegan pursed his lips. âI donât have it downloaded.â
Vermontâs jaw fell open. âNo wonder Keegan was so chill about Stella looking at handsome guys online daily. I thought he was so liberal that he could accept his wife cheating on him mentally. It turns out he doesnât have the slightest idea of it.â
Vermont thought about the videos that Stella had liked, cleared his throat, and advised, âI think you shouldnât download the app if you donât use it much.â
For days, Keegan got mad at Stella for giving Marshall a pair of socks. If he saw the videos that Stella had liked, he would be so angry that heâd die on the spot.â
However, it was in Keeganâs nature not to listen to advice. The more that people were against his decision, the more he wanted to do it. He hung up and quickly downloaded Instagram. He found Stellaâs account by syncing his contacts.
He tapped on Stellaâs page and saw that her most recent like was a video titled, âDo you like the golden retriever type or the German Shepherd type?
âI thought Stella was a cat person. So why is she interested in dog breeds?â
As he was wondering, Keegan began to watch the video. By the time he finished the video, he was speechless. Unimaginable emotions arose within Keegan after he saw a man acting effeminate in the video, calling out âhoneyâ in a childlike voice. It was worse when he saw a topless man wearing a collar and said, âI want to sleep with you, darling,â with a vocal fry.
âGolden Retriever type? German Shepherd type? Dogs???â
The thing that made him feel betrayed the most was Stellaâs comment under the video, âWhy choose when you can have them both? Come sit on my thighs!â
Keegan scoffed.
âShe might as well be taking her pants off online!â
Angrily, he turned off the video, but he still felt uncomfortable. At last, he tapped on the video again and reported it, satisfied.
After turning off the video again, he texted Stella, âDonât come back if you ever talk nonsense to other men again!â
After sending it, Keegan felt his tone was too harsh. He wanted to recall it, but someone from the design department knocked on the door and came in to hand him a business plan.
He only thought of the text after he was finished with his work. When he grabbed his phone, he saw that Stella had already given itim a reply.
A middle finger GIF.
When she finished shooting, Stella searched high and low for a locksmith, but nobody wanted to take the job. Some did not have the license to open safes, so they did not dare to risk taking the job since police entrapments were common then.
The licensed ones, however, required all sorts of proof to open the safe. For instance, the receipt of purchasing the safe to prove that it is Stellaâs property. Rainee was hospitalized for years. There was no way for her to get the receipt.
âI donât want to alarm my father without knowing whatâs in the safe.â
âCould it be that I would still have to try those numbers?â
As Stella was at her witsâ end, a phone call from Felicity came in.
âStella! Dr. Steven asked me out! Ahh!â
