When Lily finished speaking, the room fell into a pin-drop silence.

“That sounds interesting, but I don’t know what you’re talking about.”

She sat down and took an apple to eat.

“If I choose to undergo the experiment, you can’t escape. On the other hand, I’ll have no use for you if I choose not to.” The queen paused before asking, “So why should I help you?”
