Chapter 2374

-“Your Majesty!” Rick quickly held Yasmin and instructed the guards to take Ross away.

The latter was reluctant to leave at first, but when he saw his ill-looking mother, he yielded.

Yasmin’s breathing was still uneven, even after her son left. Rick then sent her back to her room and got a doctor to examine her.

After a detailed examination, the doctor shook his head. “Her Majesty’s blood pressure and heart rate are very high. We must take emergency measures.”

“Then do it!”

“But Her Majesty is weak. I don’t know…” The doctor was unsure if Yasmin could cope.

“You should know what’ll happen to you guys if anything bad were to happen to her.”

Alarmed, the doctor quickly started emergency treatment. Rick looked on for a moment and then thought of something. He then left the room and whispered something to the guard outside.

Soon, the guard brought Dominic over.

“Please save her, sir,” Rick said courteously, knowing Yasmin respected Dominic.

Since the guard had brought the old man here forcefully, Dominic brushed his clothes and said unhappily, “Who the hell do you think you are? Why should I listen to you?”

Rick was speechless.

Seeing several doctors gather around a bed, Dominic curiously walked over and took a look. “Hey, it’s you.”

Yasmin’s eyes were closed as she frowned, unable to respond.

“Wasn’t she fine yesterday?” Dominic mumbled and watched the doctors hastily operate some equipment and put her on a drip. The old man bent over and lifted her eyelids.

Since the others knew who he was, they did not stop him and simply looked on.

While checking Yasmin’s eyes, Dominic muttered something and took her wrist pulse. Several minutes later, he grunted and turned toward Rick.

The latter was puzzled and took a step closer to look at Dominic.

“What are you looking at me for? Tell your man to fetch my box if you want to save her.” Since no one told Dominic what was going on, he did not bring anything with him. He still needed his tools to save Yasmin, after all.

Rick nodded. “Right away, sir.

He then went to tell someone to collect the old man’s medical kit. When Rick returned, he saw the old man sitting on the edge of the bed, holding Yasmin’s hand while knocking its back gently with a loose fist.
