Chapter 946

Lily did not know that Justin had something to tell her, but he swallowed his words after learning about her pregnancy.

Justin sat silently in his car for a long moment before finally saying, "Go to La Beauté Group."

Alexander had just finished signing a document for his employee, who then walked out of his office.

Soon after, Justin came into the room unannounced.

"I heard from Lily that you came over to our place earlier.Why didn’t you stay longer instead of coming here?"

Alexander put the cap back on his pen and continued, "You’re not here to talk business with me, are you?"

Justin walked over and sat on the sofa opposite Alexander’s desk.Both his hands were on his knees as he looked up.

"Have you heard of the Riggs?"

"Pigs?"

Alexander frowned, puzzled by Justin’s random question, which he had misheard.It rendered Justin speechless for a moment before he explained, "No, I meant the Riggs family, that’s known for their family’s kickboxing skills.They’re similar to my family but chose to stay under the radar many years ago."

Nodding, Alexander replied, "I know about them.My uncle is going to marry someone in that family.What’s up?"

With a raised brow, Justin asked in slight surprise, "You know about them?"

"why wouldn’t I know about my own family matters?"

Alexander chuckled, thinking that it was not a big deal.

When he looked at Justin’s stern expression again, he guessed that the man was probably at his office for this matter.

"You’re not here just because of this, are you?"

Justin nodded.

"Yeah, but not entirely.I just wanted to remind Lily about this earlier, but I don’t want her to be bothered by all these things since I now know that she’s pregnant.I thought that I should tell you about it."

Alexander knew that Justin was a cautious person, and he must have had something important to say for him to be here.

Hence, he became serious, pulled up a chair, and sat in front of Justin.

"I’m listening."

"I’m sure you're aware of the Riggs family’s capabilities.Although they had been keeping lowkey for many years, there would always be news about their family from time to time.

The outsiders are saying that Heather, the new head of the family, who is also the woman your uncle is going to marry, is apparently ambitious and ruthless.

"Since she’s willing to go through with the arranged marriage with your uncle, she’ll see Lily often in the future.According to the rules, Lily must address her as Aunt Heather.It'd be great if they could get along well, but what if..."

Alexander interjected, understanding where Justin was coming from.

"If it’s about that, you don’t need to worry.You might not know my family's situation well, but I’ve told Lily we’ll be by ourselves, and it’s unnecessary for her to move to the Russell family’s residence.She doesn’t need to entertain all of my family's elders.I’ve also told the Russells that they’re not allowed to come to my place when I’m not around, so you don’t need to worry about them looking for trouble with her."

Shocked, Justin’s mouth was slightly open.He did not think that the relationship between Alexander and his family was terrible to this extent.

"That's why it doesn't matter much to Lily who my uncle marries.Trust me.I’ll protect her well!"
