Chapter 1380
Chasing My Pregnant Wife
Rosalie and Justin headed home.
After settling down on the couch, Rosalie leaned into his embrace. "We'll be getting married in a few days."
Rosalie looked up at him. "Do you feel nervous at all?"
Justin nodded. "A little. What about you?"
Rosalie nodded too. "I feel a little nervous, too. No, very nervous."
She wrapped her arms around his neck. "Justin, we'll definitely fight after we get married, right?"
Which married couple didn't face conflicts in their lifetime? They weren't robots.
Justin caressed Rosalie's cheeks, knowing that she was still worried about it. "Rose, let me ask you a question."
"What is it?"
"Did you fight with Theodore when you two were married? Did you two have any conflicts?"
Rosalie furrowed her brows. "Why are you asking me this?"
"Because I feel like you're very worried about our marriage, so I want to hear what you think of that."
Since she was worried, they should have a good chat about it and resolve her concerns, instead of letting her bring her concerns into the marriage. That wouldn't be ideal.
Justin held her hand. "Tell me, won't you? Did you fight or have conflicts with Theodore when you two were married? Did it make you unhappy?"
"My marriage with Theodore is a little different," Rosalie explained. "I lived with the Spencers since I was young, and his grandmother brought me up. Theo and I were childhood sweethearts. I've always liked him and had a crush on him. Until I married him, I always thought that it was unrequited love on my part."
"So you felt very happy marrying him?"
Rosalie nodded. "Yes. Before he asked for a divorce, I felt very happy. He treated me very well and was very responsible toward me. We never fought, but perhaps
it was because we weren't married for long, only slightly over a year."
"You two never fought even once?" Justin asked.
"The nature of our relationship changed the moment he asked me for a divorce. I did fight a lot with him after that over other women or other nonsense, but I think the source was because he brought up divorce."
"See, you found the root of the problem," Justin said. "You fought with Theodore because something happened, which was that he brought up divorce over another woman and it upset you. But before that, you two never fought think if he hadn't asked for a divorce, you two would probably still be a loving couple right now. You wouldn't have to deal with so many problems." swnovel
Rosalie asked, "Justin, what's the point of saying all these?"
Justin hugged her. "I want to tell you that if we really do fight, it'll be because something happened. I hope we can sit down and talk things through instead of assum things. I don't want to be like Theodore. Of course, I mean Theodore in the past. He has
admitted his mistake, although that doesn't change the fact that he lost you. I don't want to lose you. Theodore is a warning for me." swnovel
Justin's words moved Rosalie. She lifted a hand and caressed his face.
"Justin, what you said actually made me wish that we would eventually fight." "Why?"
"A married couple will eventually

fight. Perhaps I might have a bad day at work which puts me in a bad mood. Imight feel frustrated if come back seeing the house in a mess and we might end up fighting.
I will then realize that I had thrown a
fit and hug you in apology, while you'll coax me." swnovel
Fights were inevitable in any marriage, even healthy ones. The key was what happened after the fights. Some married couples wage cold wars, thinking that it was the other party's fault and they end up accumulating grudges against each other.
Some people acknowledge that it was their fault and apologize, seeking reconciliation.
"I won't let you get frustrated over that," Justin said with a smile. "Unless we keep huskies at home that make a mess of everything. I wouldn't be able to handle that."
Rosalie burst out laughing. "In that case, let's never adopt huskies."
The two of them looked at each other and hugged each other tight.
"Rose, we might eventually fight," Justin said, "but let's never forget how much we love each other."
Rosalie nodded, hugging him back tightly as she felt tears welling up in her eyes. "Justin, I love you."
Justin said affectionately, "I love you, too."
