Their Lycan Queen by Foxtail Chapter 150
Their Lycan Queen
Part 2 Chapter 66
Davidâs POV
They came one night about ten large and scary lycans but there was something wrong with them. I had seen lycans before but they moved funny like there was someone that forced them to move with the help of strings.
I was sleeping when they barged into our house and my dad yelled as they killed my mom and my older brother. My dad threw me out of the window and handed me the baby. A man came to us a week before and asked my mom and dad to raise his baby.
He would come back for him later but I could tell that he was lying. So dad gave me the baby and told me to run and hide. That they would kill us if they found us. I ran to the pack house to warn our alpha. I got there in time and warned our ga mma couple.
They woke up the rest of them and the beta female, Jéssica, showed me the broom closet so I could hide in there with the baby. I heard fighting and yells, growling and I heard them being killed one by one.
The baby started crying and I thought it was the end of us but the door opened and it was the ga mma female that looked at us before she gave me a letter that was addressed to her daughter. Then she locked the door and went away again. I felt so many of my pack die, I felt their deaths inside my heart and I hated the lycans.
The lycans took my family away from me. And now I am sitting inside a car and one of them is driving it. I was
surprised when the female wolf said I would be safe if I came with them. She did grow up in my pack so I knew I could trust her and the baby liked them both.
But I am still uncertain of the lycan. They had a baby chair for the baby in the trunk so he was safe when they drove around the pack to see if anyone else was alive. They stopped by the school but it was empty and then I remembered. The arena was big enough to hide in and a difficult place to chase us down in.
I told her that and they drove down there. I got out with the lycan but I was angry at him. Does he really believe that they will come out if they smell the scent of a lycan? But I wasnât willing to let him stay with the baby either.
âYou should stay with her in the car, in case some bad ones come here again.â I say and walk into the arena. He doesnât follow me and I feel happy that the female and the baby are safe. They have killed people inside the arena as well but I heard someone sniffling so I followed that sound until I found a pair of siblings.
A girl and a boy, I recognized them.
âDavid?â The girl seemed shocked when she spoke my name.
âYeah, they are gone now and there is a couple here that will take us to safety. Come on now. Do you know if there is anyone else hiding in the arena?â I ask and they nod as they get up.
âA few children are hiding at the rose gateâ the boy says and I nod.
They follow me and I find three more children. We look through the arena and we find one more. A girl that is barely a year old was laying on the ground next to her dead mother. I pick her up and then we go back to the car. The female wolf and the lycan seem surprised by how many I bring back with
me.
âOh, myâ the female wolf says and I nod.
I gave her the little girl as she was a bit heavy and she held her in her arms and looked at the rest of the children.
âGood thing I took the bigger car thenâ the lycan says and opens the back door and does something inside the car.
âHe is just popping up the extra seatsâ she says and I nod. I take the girlâs hand and I try to pull her with me but she refuses to leave her brother.
âItâs okay they are good people, they have promised me that they will take us somewhere safe or do you want to stay here where everyone is dead?â I ask her and she shakes her head.
âDavid, I know that you are frustrated but please try to be gentleâ the female wolf says and I sigh at her.
âIf I am then they will never snap out of the shock. They are terrified of him and if we canât get them to understand then they will starve to death hereâ I say and point at the lycan.
âHe has a point Annaâ the lycan say to the female wolf.
âYour name is Anna?â I ask her and she smiles and nods.
âYes, I had a sister in this pack but she died for a very long time agoâ She says and looks away
âAmanda?â The girl and I spoke at the same time and Anna looked surprised at us.
âYes, that was my sisterâs name. But how do you know?â she asks and the girl smiles.
âAmanda was my grandmother and she used to tell me stories about her sister Anna that was born without her wolf. Like the ga mmaâs daughter Nora.â she says and I see Annaâs eyes bringing forth tears.
âDonât cryâ I say and become nervous.
âHehe, Anna is easily tear stricken, nothing to be helped there. But now kids, get in the car and we will drive away from hereâ the lycan says and I nod.
I helped all the kids to get into the car and I took the seat in the front as Anna wanted to sit with the babies.
I hope we get somewhere we can be safe.
