Chapter 387 Becoming a Priest part 1

Ashton didn’t expect than Nolan would compromise with him so he turned around and he snuggled in his arms, just enjoying this wonderful feeling of being loved, and he then said to him : “Okay, but I really need to meditate a minimum of 2 hours a day, it’s important otherwise I won’t be able to increase the power of my spells.”

Nolan hugged him, stroking his back and he said : “I don’t intend to stop you from progressing Ash, I just want you to pay a little more attention to your health that’s all.”

Ashton yawned then and he told him : “I know, and I will be careful I promise.”

A few hours earlier as the meeting was about to end and everyone knew exactly what was expected of them, Axel smirked and he said Alan : “Finally Nolan has really marked Ashton, the core of this world just warned me that they were sharing the mark of the Union now.”.

Alan smiled and he said : “It’s better this way, at least Ashton is his husband now and his family can’t do anything against them.”

Kevin frowned and he told them : “I will go deal with his parents myself, Ashton has a great potential and he is someone I really appreciate, but what his family has done, and the pressure they might put on him when they find out that Ashton and I are friends is not acceptable.”

Liam nodded and Dilan then asked him : “Could I come with you, I’ve considered Ashton as one of my family member for a long time already, I’d like to resolve this conflict as well, without Ashton being too affected.”

Kevin nodded and he said to him, “According to Liam it was the soldiers who were fighting on the border who suffered the most from their vanity, so you are welcome to come along, I want them to realize the consequences of their action.”

Kevin then said to everyone : “Everyone knows what they have to do… Tomorrow we are not only fighting to free the Queen and the territory of the humans, we are fighting to free our world from the grip of these two Goddesses, and for peace between humans and demons to be restored.”

He then added as he looked at Axel and thought of their future family : “The new generation will never have to endure such wars again, and they will be able to thrive in a world where peace will reign and new opportunities will present themselves to those who are able to seize them.”

Axel put an arm around his shoulders and he said in conclusion : “The meeting is over, everyone meet back at their rallying points tomorrow.”

Everyone nodded and they all left one after the other.

When Mykael teleported Colin to their room he took him by surprise when he took him in his arms and said after kissing his forehead : “I have a surprise for you, and believe me in your wildest dreams you couldn’t have dreamed of anything better.”

Colin then said placing his hands behind his neck and rising on tiptoe to approach his lips to his : “My wildest dreams have already come true when you finally accepted me, every day since then I feel like I’m dreaming.”

Mykael then closed the distance which still separated their lips and he kissed him with passion, wondering again why he had waited so long to face and accept the feelings that he had for him.

He reluctantly pulled away from him as he didn’t want to make him wait another minute knowing full well what this potion would mean to him, so he conjured it up in his hand and handed it to him.

Colin looked at him puzzled, normally Mykael would have already thrown him on their bed and made love to him to make up for the time they hadn’t spent together today, but instead he had handed him a potion.

Colin looked at it intrigued because he had never seen this kind of potion before, it was of a transparent color with like multicolored glitter inside, and as they did not have much time for them already, he asked him curious because he could see that Mykael had become very solemn : “Mykael, what is this potion and where did you get it ?”

Mykael then told him : “The first dungeon we raided today was a dungeon full of summoned creatures and Kevin got a divine grade box as a reward.”

He made Colin sit down on the edge of their bed before continuing : “That potion was in that box and I didn’t even have to negotiate with them, they all decided before I even opened my mouth to give it to you.”

Colin was becoming more and more intrigued by this potion and Mykael finally explained its effects to him or more precisely… its only effect : “I want to warn you that this potion is unique and cannot be duplicated, Kevin’s system has stipulated that as well… Colin, this potion allows you to create an affinity with one element… Any element… That means if you drink it… You will become a Priest.”

Colin went through a lot of emotion from disbelief, how such a potion could even exist, to suspicion, was Mykael trying to play a trick on him ?

But he dismissed this hypothesis as soon as it crossed his mind because Mykael was not that kind of person, and he would never invent something that could hurt him by giving him false hopes.

Colin after a few seconds of uncertainty, finally realized what he was holding in his hands and he asked Mykael because he knew deep in his heart that he had told him the truth : “Are you sure they were all in agreement ?

This potion is an opportunity that may never come around again for them, I’m not talking about Kevin, but for Alan and Ian, this potion is just as valuable to them as it is to me.”

Mykael smiled at him and he stroked his cheek before saying to him : “Why are you still thinking of others when you hold in your hands a potion that can make you a Priest… Can’t you be a little selfish for once ?”
