The director did a double take. “That’s… awfully precise.”

“Yeah.”

“Let me check,” the director promptly whipped out his phone to check, since the answer he had was just up to eighteen years.

He had to cross-check between Zoe’s birth date and her debut date, and Jay’s answer turned out to be completely correct.

The director chuckled then. “You’re answering too quickly, Jay. The audience might question this for being scripted.”

“I can take my time for the next question.” Jay smiled.

“Third question, who is Zoe’s favorite star?”

Once again, same answer.

“Fourth question. What are the measurements of Zoe’s bust, waist, and hip?”

“Before or at present?” Jay asked.

The director was actually stumped, and said begrudgingly,” The official measurements they have online.”

“In that case, 81-60-90,” Jay replied as if it could not be easier.

“Correct,” the director quickly nodded, but soon added, “By the way, what’s the current measurements?”

“83-60-90,” Jay said openly.

Zoe pursed her lips-how the hell did he know?

Did he cop a feel?!

Wait, there was no way he could measure them with just his hands even if he did.

She then remembered making a call days ago to order a gown, and she had informed the tailor about her measurements at the time.

But he was supposed to be playing with Yelena at the time… Did he overhear her?

“Do you hear that, everyone? Time to update Zoe’s wiki page! ” the director exclaimed jovially, before adding, “Final question. This is very simple, and it’s not a test on your understanding of your better half.”

Jay chuckled. “Can I pass?”

“Sure, we’ll save the caviar for ourselves.”

“… Alright, ask away,” Jay gave in then-the production crew always had a way to keep them on a leash.

“When did you pop your cherry?” the director asked.

It was only expected for such variety shows to pick such grilling questions. The director certainly proceeded deliberately without a care, as if he did not mind the drama.

“Ladies first. Zoe, your answer?”

Zoe pursed her lips, but answered, “Around four years ago. January 13,2019.”

“You certainly remember that well,” the director joked.

Zoe certainly did, and after she answered, she glanced at Bob, who was taking a break nearby.

He had been glancing at them from time to time as if he was not paying much attention, but he met Zoe’s gaze just then.

They were both all too aware of the regrets that lingered between them.

And yet, it also felt like the most ideal arrangement destiny had for them-since they were fated to be apart, having fewer things that bound them together was naturally ideal.
