any attention–all eyes were on the woman inside..

“What the hell do you think you’re doing?” Rylen regained his senses and

shouted, immediately pointing at Emmanuel.

gained their senses, he had already, by some mysterious means, unlocked

the door effortlessly and slipped inside, with the door locking securely behind

him.

“What just happened?”

“Is that guy a magician? How did he pull that off?”

Outside, they were all stunned. Many began kicking the door forcefully, but

while the entrance had yielded so easily to Emmanuel, it now seemed

impenetrable. Their attempts were proving useless.

After securing the door, Emmanuel ventured deeper into the room.
