Surprised, Jun Yexuan grinned at Qiao Qing, “You’re here to watch cartoons?”

Qiao Qing blinked a few times. Without any display of suspicion, she nodded.

Jun Yexuan suddenly bent down and whispered in her ear, “if it weren’t for the fact that there are so many people here, I’d kiss you to death!”

Fu Xiuyu’s shrill screams attracted all the guests from the living room.

At once the hallway was filled with people. They stared at this scene and exchanged glances. None of them dared to ask.

Zhong Mingjuan asked the butler to take the girls away. Just then, Fu Xiuyu quieted down.

After he quieted down, his entire face darkened into a terrifying shade of black. Slowly, tears began to roll down his cheeks.

Yanyan, his Yanyan.. What kind of bullsh!t crimes has he been doing?!

Yi Shiqiong was scared and attempted to cup his face, “Xiuyu, what’s wrong?!”

“**** off!” Fu Xiuyu pushed her hands away then crawled his way to Lin Xiyan, who had fallen after Fu Siying shoved her away.

He held her in his arms and used so much strength it was as if he wanted her to melt into him, “Yanyan.”

Finally hearing this familiar call again, Lin Xiyan’s tears acted like stringless pearls as they shed down.

Zhong Mingjuan and Fu Siying exchanged glances. They were in shock.

Yi Shiqiong fell down onto the ground.

Mu Jinghang shook his head. What kind of plot was this?

Just then, a maid walked in, “Ma’am, Ms. Yi’s parents are here.”

This statement woke Zhong Mingjuan up. She calmed herself down and tried to separate the pair in front of her.

“Xiuyu, I know you don’t feel well right now. But let’s go through with this engagement banquet first. Shiqiong’s parents are here. Hurry, come with me to greet your future parents-in-law.”

Fu Xiuyu chuckled at this, “I’m not getting engaged.”

His words made all the guests gasp.

Zhong Mingjuan’s expression turned ugly again, “Fu Xiuyu, don’t take it too far! So your memory’s been restored and you got another sister. But does that mean you can leave behind your girlfriend?”

“Sister?” Fu Xiuyu chuckled sarcastically again, “If Yanyan was just a sister to me, why would you go through all the trouble of replacing my memory?”

He then hugged Lin Xiyan tighter and said to Zhong Mingjuan, “Even if I do get engaged, I am going to get engaged to Yanyan.”

His words once again resulted in everyone’s gasps.

Lin Xiyan was now completely dumbfounded as she gawked at him in disbelief.

Fu Siying finally found herself again and said, “Brother, do you know what you’re saying?! She’s the b!tch who stole my role!”

Fu Xiuyu, “I dare you to try to curse at her again.”

Fu Siying was shocked and she retreated. She shook her head and said, “You’re not my brother. My brother would never talk to me like that!”

Zhong Mingjuan stared at Fu Xiuyu and her voice turned stern, “I am telling you right now to give up that thought! There is no way I will agree to you two being together!”

“Shiqiong’s parents have CEO and professor roles. Only her parents, only a family like hers, are good enough for the Fu family!”

Everyone listened to Zhong Mingjuan’s words that expressed her love for the rich. Disdain grew on their faces.

Just then, a well-dressed middle-aged man and woman walked in.
