On the other side, Dai Yixin and Su Yan walked and laughed. It was as if laughing at others would make it easier to conceal their own embarrassment.

Su Yan thought she was sad about what just happened so she suggested, “Just like you said, CEO Qi must’ve heard something from someone and misunderstood you. Don’t be sad. If you cannot work here, then just keep being the director at Sky Entertainment! Being a director there is already such an achievement. If that company’s not good, it wouldn’t have been in the news so much lately!”

Dai Yixin’s heart squeezed hard. That damn girl sure brings up everything that makes her feel bad!

Su Yan noticed that Dai Yixin still ignored her and was now even looking ill. She was more than confused now.

She coughed gently and changed the subject, “Yixin, we came so early we didn’t even get to eat. How about we go to that Michelin restaurant? Food there is a bit pricey but everything tastes good.”

She was a manager at Company BA abroad. But when she took over the company back then, it was just an empty shell.

To help revive the company, she did everything she could for a whole year and also invested two years’ worth of salary.
