Rosalie felt it was strange that Mary told her about returning to the Northwest to visit her family’s graves.

Mary’s family was not from the Northwest. Even Aunt Wilson had only worked in the Northwest when she was young. It was impossible for the Wilson family to have anyone buried there.

It was impossible for Mary to visit the graves of her family from her father’s side either! After all, her scumbag father had never taken her as his daughter.

As Rosalie pondered, she felt Mary was up to something and was keeping it a secret from her.

Moreover, it should have something to do with Mary’s scumbag father.

When Byron returned home, he told Rosalie what he had found out.

Luther reported that Andrius went to the Northwest with Mary and brought many bodyguards.

The couple was instantly worried. Did Andrius bring so many bodyguards because he wanted to start a fight?

Rosalie dialed Mary’s number immediately.

When the call went through, Rosalie immediately asked with concern, “Mary, are you alright? Did anything happen?

Please don’t keep it a secret from me. Tell me!”

Mary knew she could not hide it from Rosalie anymore, so she told her everything.

Rosalie was so angry that she clenched her teeth while listening.

“Rosie, calm down! You’re pregnant! You have to stay calm and don’t get emotional. We’re fine now and on the way back. This time, we aren’t planning to take the plane.

Andrius said since we’re already here, we might as well travel in a car and have some fun along the way.”

Mary did sound relaxed.

Rosalie was relieved that her best friend was fine. She still despised Mary’s scumbag father and that weird family.

How dare they abduct Aunt Wilson?! That was against the law!

He even wanted to match-make Mary with some man to get benefits from it! Ridiculous!

After hanging up the call, Rosalie told Byron everything. However, Byron looked calm and even smiled.

“Andrius finally knows how to protect his girlfriend. Not only is he dating Mary now, but he’s even won over his future mother-in-law. I’m sure we’ll receive their wedding invitation soon.”

Rosalie felt it was possible.

“Byron, I’m still angry about it. That bastard, Dorian, is despicable!” Thinking about it still angered her.

“I know how this man does business in the Northwest districts. He’s ruthless. He forced Mary into an arranged marriage because Claymore Group might be facing trouble soon. Since that’s the case, I might as well make the situation worse for them.”

Byron spoke as he took his phone and called Luther.

“Investigate Claymore Group in the Northwest. Make sure President Claymore gets what he deserves.”

“Noted!” Luther took the order. He was familiar with doing such jobs.

Soon, Luther found a problem in the company. Rather than a problem, he found many of them.

Claymore Group had failed in all the investments they made abroad.

They were in debt, and each one of the debts was like a mine that would explode anytime when triggered.

Moreover, Claymore had broken many laws and rules, such as purchasing real estate lands illegally and contaminating the environment by building industrial mine factories.

Byron had only one thing in mind. “Expose all of them to the public!”

A company with only its shell remaining would be unable to withstand this blow. One could imagine how much Claymore Group’s shares would plummet. The share price would drop until they could not pay their debt. Even giving up the company to the banks would not resolve the issue.

The banks who had issued loans to the company would come to get their loans paid.

Then, Dorian would be left with nothing to turn the table.
