public eye, felt elated. She ate three full plates of the meal Jade brought, feeling satisfied. She then

dressed herself up nicely before leaving with Jade.

Samuel stood on the balcony while being supported by Eli, watching Winter and Jade. He shook his

head disapprovingly. “Oh lord. Just what sin has the Shaw family committed?”

“Sir Shaw, don’t worry about it,” Eli comforted, patting Samuel’s hand. “Ms. Winter and Madam Jade

are just beyond saving.”

come up with this time.” He waved his hand. “How’s Noelle been lately, Ell?”
