Jack POV

He was watching as Rafe let Luci Mark him, saw him just bare his neck for her. The man and his beast had no idea just how much that was going to hurt. To him it had felt like hot lava being shot through his veins. Rafe thought it was just a normal Marking but it was not going to be.

Didn’t bother to warn him, teach him to turn things all slow at the crucial moment. A little payback was earned, he thought amusingly, as he saw the man fill with actual pain.

He’d told her to bite deep, and she was. Not that she needed to be told, she had sunk those fangs of hers into Jack with a ferocity that hed not expected.

He felt the moment all three of them were bonded to each other and their Mate Bond locked right into place, forever binding them together. Felt through their bond just how turned on Rafe was by that pleasure as the pain dissipated. Saw him roll Luci over and pin her underneath him.

Knew both her beasts had fallen away, felt it he realised when they all separated from her, also saw her skin change back to normal as she was once again just Luci. Jack smiled as he lay there and watched Rafe Mate the hell out of her once more. They were not done.

He knew that both of them would Mate her now, and from what he was feeling through their bond, she wanted both of them separately now. Her needs had always been high and today they were even higher than normal.

Jack just relaxed back in the bed and smiled as he watched. He was happy for the first time in a very long time, likely since the day he’d left this pack to give aid to that wretched pack.

He reached his hand out and slid it up Rafes’ arm and then down over Rafes’ back, as the man lay there afterwards just kissing Luci. Saw his blue eyes open and move towards him, smiled at him, knew that the touch he was feeling from Jack was no different to the one he was feeling from Luci.

He was suddenly yanked over to them and Rafe was kissing him. Rafe rolled onto his side, taking Luci with him,

“Jack’s turn Luci.” He smiled down at her.

Jack heard Luci sigh softly “So insatiable. She murmured but looked right at Jack over her shoulder, as Rafe lifted her knee up over his own h*p.

Jack smiled, the damned man was going to take pleasure from it himself. He leaned down and kissed Luci before asking “Are you too tired?” he asked gently, he didn’t want to hurt her with all the mating that was going on.

He watched her shake her head.

“No, Jack. I want you now.

” She smiled at him.

Goddess he loved this woman, had always been able to handle them both, now she was theirs and made for them, likely had always been made for them. He took her slowly, gently from behind, enjoying the position they were in now.

Knew that she was also taking pleasure from Rafe. Who was rocking himsell against her slowly

Jack pulled her hard against him as he came, loved feeling the way her body tightened around his hard e**k and then fluttered all around it as she cried out in o****m. It was the sweetest feeling to feel it so strong and then fade away and slow down, have the occasional flutter every ten seconds or so until she completely relaxed and only then did he leave her

Smiled as he watched Rafe k**s her, he couldn’t bloody stop doing that, it seemed. Growled a little at him and then kissed the man himself right there above Luci and heard her sigh softly underneath them.

“About time you two got it on.”

He smiled down at her, didn’t exactly understand how he’d scented her out after all these years, but was damned happy that he had done so. She was officially his Mate, officially Rafe’s Mate as well. She was where she should have always been, where she belonged between the two of them.

Felt her go to roll into him and nearly burst out laughing as a very possessive growl came from Rafe, even Luci looked at Rafe as he pulled her right into his body. Jack knew what it was, she always slept curled into him and not Rate.

The man had always been a little jealous of that.

He heard her giggle just a little and realised she understood what the man’s issue was. Watched her squirm a little in the tightness of Rafe’s grip “Perhaps, Jack should sleep in the middle.” She commented, fully amused.

“Why?” Jack asked, curiously

Heard Rafe huff a little before stating “Luci, you have to be in the middle, how can both Jack and 1 cuddle up to you if Jack is in the middle?”

“I don’t mind being in the middle.” Jack smiled and he wouldn’t, would enjoy both of them draped over him.

“Oh, you will be.” Rafe smirked

Jack looked right at him with a raised eyebrow now. “Good luck Jack, stopping me from taking you, when I find you alone with Luci. I’ll just climb right on you and give it to you as you give it to Luci.”

He heard Luci burst out laughing now, fully amused at Rafe’s words, didn’t even seem to care who would be doing who anymore. This though, right now here in the bed, hearing her giggle like that, fully amused, was their Luci, the one that had always been with them. The one they’d gotten to know and fallen in love with.

He smiled in the end. “I might just like it,” he chuckled.

“Oh, you will.” Rafe smirked.

“Alright, how about you two, do some explaining to me.

What the hell actually happened today?” Jack asked. “I saw that you both eyed me off and were talking about me like you know something I don’t.”

“You, Jack, are the connection that binds the three of us together,” Rafe told him. “It’s likely why you always felt Luci and I in the same manner. Have a deeper connection to Luci than I did.”

He thought about that, it did actually make sense, he supposed. “Alright.” He nodded “What about suddenly scenting Luci out after all these years.”

“I don’t know the answer to that one.” Rafe shook his head.

“I can actually answer that one.” Luci sighed a little, and Rafe finally let go of her so she could roll onto her back and talk to them both. “Though I only found out about it, the other day myself, when mother told me, in your office.”

“Please, do explain it.” both he and Rafe stated together.

“Sirens, don’t get Goddess Gifted Mates.”

“Addi did mention something like that.” Rafe sighed, “If we’d known things would have been very different.”

Luci just looked from Rafe to him but said nothing, “Siren’s, if they love someone and that someone loves them back.

Really loves them, tells them they love them and openly claims them.” she looked right at him now “The Goddess grants a true Mate Bond, and they are gifted to each other.”

“Wait, you never laid claim to us, but I saw you scent me and then Rafe.”

Watched as her eyes actually fell away from him, he didn’t like it. “Luci, don’t hide from us.” He told her softly, gently, he didn’t want her to go back to being quiet and reserved around them. But he could tell she didn’t want to tell them either. It worried him a lot. Something else was going on.

“She was already Mated to us” Il was Rafe, “Had chosen us, claimed up years ago” He sighed softly, sadly. Watched him till Luci’s face up to make her look at him. “During your heat, you mated yourself to us, didn’t you Luci?”

She just nodded a little, “Yes.” She said softly “1…/ didn’t mean to, got lost in it was all. I’m sorry.”

Jack sighed heavily. “Don’t be sorry Luci, so did I.” He found her eyes right on him now. “I Mated myself to you but held back from Marking you, during your heat, am guilty as well.”

She was just staring up at him more than shocked, it seemed. Neither of them had voiced anything to anyone about it, had kept it from each other for their own reasons, he guessed. His eyes moved to Rafe’s as he felt a deep sadness well up inside of him. Jack knew that he blamed himself completely for all that had happened. If he’d not wanted to wait on the pack law for a chosen mate, none of this would have happened. That was how he felt.

Both he and Luci reached out to touch him to try and comfort him,

“I’m sorry” He murmured, and actually rolled

away from both of them onto his back. He loved them but felt like he had hurt them terribly. “It was my fault; I was the one to cause you so much pain.”

Jack watched as Rafe scrubbed a hand over his face and just lay there with a hand over his eyes. Saw the man bite his l*p and watched as Luci just moved right to him, hugged him.

“It’s not your fault.” She told him gently. “You didn’t do this to any of us.”

“It’s not that, Luci. Well, not only that.” He dragged in a shuddering breath and Jack knew he was trying to pull himself together. But the man needed to get it out, let it out, had yet to really do so and Jack knew it. He was still in fact hiding something from him.

“Just tell us Rafe.” He told him quietly. “It’s okay, we’ve all been through a lot.” Reached out and touched him, tried to comfort him.

Saw his hand fall away and tears roll down his face as he looked at Luci, realised this was not about him, but her “I’m so sorry Luci.” He whispered “How you survived out there, all those years.” He touched her face, bit his l*p as it trembled a little and tried to control himself yet again, was Jack relalised desperately trying to contain himself. “six and a half years of betrayal pains Luci. I don’t know how…

“

“What?”. both she and Jack stated, shocked by his words.

He now realised that was what was bothering Rafe, had been on his mind since yesterday. He’d figured it out, had somehow known the truth about Luci mating herself to them and, for the past six and a half years, they had both been with another.

He sat right up and stared down at Luci now, as horrified by what he was hearing, he was just as guilty of causing her those pains as Rafe was.

Watched her sit up and look from Rafe to him. “No,” she shook her head. “Don’t do that to yourselves, I never felt anything.” She told them firmly “I didn’t, I swear it.” she reiterated at both his and Rafes’ unconvinced expressions.

They both knew what happened when the one you were mated with was with another. How could they believe she never felt anything at all? If she was mated to them, she would have felt everything.

“No,” she shook her head, “I didn’t. Hannah told me the Goddess spared me that. Looked out for me on that account.”

He was just staring at her, as much as Rafe was. He didn’t know if he actually believed that, could he? Would she just tell them that to ease their guilt and pain over it?

“You really felt nothing?” Rafe asked her softly, and actually heard the hope in the man’s voice.

“Really, I swear it. Nothing at all.” her eyes moved to Jack, and she knew he didn’t believe it, could even understand why he didn’t. “Okay,” she took a breath in “Order me to answer the question. I can’t lie under and order.”

“Not going to happen.” Rafe shook his head. He would never put an Alpha Order on her, it would cause her pain. “I believe you.” Jack watched as Rafe reached out and pulled her back down to him and just hugged her gently. “It’s all my fault Luci, I should have just claimed you, the day you came home to live with us.”

“The pack has rules and laws on Chosen Mates.” She stated, “I knew that.”

Jack sighed, and lay back down himself “It got so bloody messed up. Luci, we were going to come home and Claim you on the full moon.”

“I know.” She sighed herself, “I read that”

“May I ask you something?” Jack murmured softly

“Now is likely a good time, with the boys not here, to ask questions.”

“Did you know you were pregnant when we came home?” he asked, really did want to know the answer to that question.

“Yes.” She nodded against Rafe’s chest. “Kali and I… realised while you were gone, even knew it was twins, one to each of you.”

He closed his eyes and just hugged her, felt Rafe hug her from the other side.

“We’re so very sorry.” They both said

softly. And he was, new Rafe was. They were both truly sorry for that, for all she’d suffered.

She didn’t really say anything at all, just lay there between them quietly and let them hug her the whole time. He looked passed Rafe to the window and realised it was dark outside. He didn’t even know what time it was. Didn’t really care, they were all just quiet now. Likely had more things to discuss but didn’t seem any of them wanted to right this minute.

He looked down at her and smiled. He’d thought she was just quiet, but realised she was actually sleeping. Their quiet moment had given her time to relax and shed simply fallen asleep like shed always done after being with them.

She also wasn’t the only one sleeping, so was Rafe, it seemed.

He took the moment to mind-linked to Addison,’ Mother?’

Yes, son.’ She answered, and sounded fully amused to him.

‘Rafe and I have claimed Luci, marked and mated her.’

‘I know…the twins? Were very confused for a bit about their mother. I had to explain something’s to them. A little weird over here. Bring her home in the morning. She needs to meet her new sister.’

‘Alright. First thing!’

‘Second thing, you and Rafe had something very important to do the moment you all wake up, don’t you now, son?’

Jack frowned and thought about that for a moment, then just smiled “Yes, mother, we do.’

‘Good, you don’t do it. Fallon and I will have a piece of you two.’
