“You’re right.” The Snow Wolf King said. “In the past, people would come in and we would fight with their contract beasts. But our powers were always greater than theirs.”

“How long ago was that, when people would come in?” Wei Zi Qi asked.

The Snow Wolf King stopped in his tracks, and looked at Sima You Yue to ask, “Then I will have to see if this sacrifice would be worthwhile.”

Sima You Yue knew that the snow wolves were a proud species, and now she had seen it for herself. She thought about how it would lower its head to propose an exchange for the stone skeleton flower, but it was definitely just for them to be able to save their High King.

“If it requires you to trade a short amount of freedom for an eternal state of freedom, would you consider that worthwhile?” Sima You Yue smiled, asking.

“That’s no problem. Anyway we will be staying here for a year.” Sima You Yue said. Following that, the Snow Wolf King never brought the topic up again, but just introduced the place to them as they walked around.

“It’s here.” The Snow Wolf King stopped walking, and pointed to a cave. He brought the group into the cave, and after they had passed through the passageway, they reached a spacious underground cavern. “This is the place.” The Snow Wolf King said.

Sima You Yue and the rest looked around them. As they entered the cavern, they could sense a thick and dense spirit energy. The spirit energies seemed to undergo some traction, and started to make their way to the lake.

“If you train here, you will definitely attain even better results for the amount of effort that is put in.” The Snow Wolf King said.

“Letting Zi Qi train here would definitely be good.” Sima You Yue said. “But for Fourth Brother, I don’t think this is ideal.”

Wei Zi Qi has some ice attributes, but Sima You Le only has fire attributes. This place was cold to the bone, and did not have much elements to develop fire.

“Do you need a place for fire attributes?” The Snow Wolf King asked.

“That’s right. Forth Brother and some of the others have fire attributes.” Sima You Yue said.

“I know where you can train fire attributes. It’s just opposite to where we are now.” The Snow Wolf King said.

“Where?”

“At the sabre-toothed tiger clan’s turf.” The Snow Wolf King said. “We are water and ice attributes, and they are fire attributes.”

“The sabre-toothed tigers? Your enemies? Are you asking us to sort out the sabre-toothed tigers on your behalf?” Sima You Yue squinted, saying.n/o/vel/b//in dot c//om

The Snow Wolf King’s expression turned awkward for a second. How could the great and mighty snow wolves make a plan that relies on mere humans to destroy their enemy? What an embarrassing thing that would be!

“You need that place to train, so it would be a win for both of us.”

“I’ll consider it.” Sima You Yue said. “However, let’s settle the issue that you have here first. Bring us to see your High King.”

As the Snow Wolf King observed Sima You Yue, he remained unsure about what was crossing through her mind, so he said nothing, but brought them out of the cave. As they left, they countered a huge pack of wolves at its entrance.

“Our King.” As they saw the Snow Wolf King, all the other wolves bowed in respect.

“Even you have been alerted.” The Snow Wolf King looked at the elder wolves. Seeing that he was also treating them with respect, it seems that these elder wolves were of high positions as well.

“Yes. When we heard what had happened, we could not help but make an appearance.” The head of the elder pack said.

“We plan to remove the seal, and then administer the flower and other prepared medication on him.” the Snow Wolf King said.

“If you just give him the medicine like that, it might not be that effective.” Sima You Yue said.

“I know, but we have no way to refine pills for him, so we can only count on this way to give him the medicine.” The Snow Wolf King said.

“I can help you to refine a pill for injuries.” Sima You Yue offered.
