Chapter 336

Comeback Of The Adored Heiress

Chapter 336:

The police were already familiar with Tatiana’s wrongdoings and showed no sympathy. One of them firmly said, “Miss Fernandez, it turns out we were actually looking for you. Please come with us.”

Tatiana was shocked and found herself being escorted back to the police station. She had committed several severe crimes, such as framing, slander, and defamation. The situation left Tatiana dizzy, and she pleaded, “I’ll pay whatever it costs; just let me go!”

Meanwhile, Madisyn returned to her company and called Andrew to discuss Tatiana’s latest antics. “Can you believe it? Does Tatiana really think I’d fall for something so ludicrous?” Madisyn scoffed.

Andrew paused to think. “She might not be lying to you.”

Madisyn was taken aback. “What do you mean by that?”

“Sweetheart, it’s not what you think. I genuinely believe Tatiana thinks someone is carrying my child.”

“Why would she think that?” Madisyn asked, frowning.

“I’m not entirely sure yet, but I believe it will become clear soon,” Andrew responded.

Madisyn looked skeptical.

Andrew’s “soon” came quicker than expected. The next morning, Andrew woke up in his villa and received a call from Daman. “Come home now!” Daman was livid.

Andrew remained composed. “Okay, Grandpa.”

He then called Madisyn, saying, “That woman must have talked to my grandfather. He’s summoned me back.”

“Do you want me to come?”

“The woman who’s supposedly pregnant with your child?” Madisyn quirked an eyebrow. “I’ll pass. You handle it.”

Andrew then drove back to Klein Manor alone. In the living room of Klein Manor, Daman sat in the center of the sofa, his presence imposing and commanding despite his age. Beside Daman sat Sarai and Courtney.

Courtney held a report in one hand while her other hand rested on her stomach. She gazed at Andrew with eyes brimming with tears. Daman was also present.

“You bastard!”

As Andrew stepped in, Daman, enraged, hurled a cup at him.

Andrew sidestepped the cup and approached to pour water for Daman. “Grandpa, let’s stay calm. We can discuss this without—”

Yet, Daman’s anger only intensified. “Andrew, you were the one I always held in high regard, and now look at what you’ve done!”

Andrew turned to Courtney, who, with tearful eyes, explained, “Andrew, I couldn’t get in touch with you, so I had to come to your grandpa.”

“Why are you trying to contact me?” Andrew inquired coldly.

Courtney was no longer as nervous as before when confronted with Andrew’s indifferent attitude. Tatiana was right; no man could resist a woman dressed provocatively, Andrew included.

“Andrew, I am carrying your child,” Courtney said, placing the pregnancy report on the table.

Andrew briefly glanced at it. It confirmed she was over a week pregnant. “So?” Andrew responded, unfazed.

Courtney was taken aback but still played the part of the distressed. “Andrew, I would have never tried to disturb your life if I hadn’t gotten pregnant. This child is yours, and I need to know your thoughts.”

“The child isn’t mine. Do whatever you need to,” Andrew said, his face expressionless.

Was Andrew really trying to evade his responsibilities? “Andrew, how can you say such a thing?” Courtney frowned, appearing deeply wounded. “I know you’re reluctant to acknowledge it, but this child is indeed ours.”
