“Don’t worry,” Milly assured her teammates.

Although she was usually quiet, her simple assurance somehow comforted them.

Jazmine Clifford, the first to react, looked puzzled. “We’re on the verge of losing. How can you say ‘don’t worry’? Do you realize how tough acrobatics are? Neither of us have been trained in it. Have you?”

“No, I haven’t,” Milly answered.

Jazmine was at a loss for words.

How could Milly be so confident? She was truly weird!

Noticing that the team was inexperienced, the acrobatics instructor decided to start with basic moves. After a quick demonstration, Milly inquired, “Can we try something more difficult?”

“More difficult? You beginners should focus on mastering these basics first,” the instructor responded, eyeing Milly. She was undoubtedly attractive, but her overconfidence was puzzling.

Jazmine was also irritated. “Let’s not get ahead of ourselves. The main goal is to perform these moves correctly and not embarrass ourselves.” Saying this, she looked at Tatiana’s group, who were effortlessly practicing a dance routine. It seemed likely that Tatiana’s group would overshadow theirs. Jazmine wished she had joined them earlier.

Molly Thomas, ever the optimist, cheerfully said, “As long as we stick together, we can overcome any challenge!”

“You and your pep talk!” Jazmine couldn’t hide her frustration.

Just then, Milly stood up and perfectly performed the acrobatic routine they had just been shown.

The instructor was taken aback. “You… have you practiced this before?”

“No, but I have experience with martial arts. Feel free to teach me something tougher,” Milly responded coolly.

At that moment, her expression remained unchanged, yet everyone was left in awe. They realized Milly was skilled! Her demonstration had completely blown them away.

The acrobatics instructor paused for a moment, thinking. “Since you’re experienced in martial arts and the others aren’t, they’ll support you while you perform some complex moves! It’s going to look great!”

He positioned Molly and Jazmine to stand still and then climbed onto their shoulders to execute a series of elegant maneuvers.

Milly observed. Once the instructor got down, it was her turn.

Since Milly was quite light, Molly and Jazmine didn’t find it too hard to support her weight.

They gazed up as Milly assumed stunning poses, flawlessly mimicking the acrobatic moves the instructor had demonstrated and even performed some with greater fluidity than him!

“Amazing! This is truly spectacular!” The instructor was amazed. “Are you sure you don’t want to pursue acrobatics? You’re naturally gifted!”

“I don’t want to.”

“Okay, you’ve obviously trained intensively in martial arts. Your strength is notable. So I’ll go ahead and teach you some of my signature techniques!” The instructor then took his training with Milly to a serious level.

Yet, even his complex techniques, which had been admired on international stages, were quickly mastered by Milly after just one look. She glided through them effortlessly, akin to a graceful butterfly. The instructor felt a surge of emotion; he was dumbfounded!

He started to feel like a failure, doubting his own skills, and all the previous compliments seemed like falsehoods.

Jazmine and Molly were equally astonished. Jazmine, in particular, felt sheepish, remembering her earlier doubts. Milly had proven her competence, yet Jazmine had been skeptical.

Milly was more than just a pretty face. Her skills were extraordinary. They were poised for triumph.

As hours passed, the competition commenced. Tatiana’s group looked over at Jazmine with a spark of confidence in their eyes.

The organizers had set up the acrobatics segment just to make them embarrass themselves for pure entertainment.

Tatiana’s group went first with their dance routine. All three members had a background in dance, and as they wrapped up, the number of viewers on the live stream soared.

Compliments started pouring in.

“Wow! That was fantastic! Tatiana is so talented. Not only is she a great actress, but her dancing skills are equally remarkable. I’m becoming a fan!”

“Awesome! She is really shining today!”

“They all danced beautifully. It’s like watching a professional performance. It seems Milly’s team might be out of their league.”

“This is too funny. Poor Milly, drawing acrobatics of all things! What will they perform? They might as well be playing clowns.”

“Playing clowns would probably be more suitable for them.”

“I’m eager to see how Milly’s team will end up embarrassing themselves.”

Everyone was convinced that Tatiana’s stunning performance meant that Milly would only manage to embarrass herself.
