Chapter 586
Comeback Of The Adored Heiress
Chapter 586:
It felt like something was ripping apart inside him. Two conflicting thoughts battled in his mind.
One whispered, âWesley, sheâs your idol. Are you really going to let go of her now?â
The other challenged, âHow could your idol ever fail?â
His mind felt like it was going to explode.
Jadaâs voice cut through the chaos, louder now. âAliesley, she taught me. I believe in her skills!â
Wesley looked at Rosemarie, her black outfit almost blending into the shadows. His voice was quiet but steady. âI believe you.â
A look of relief crossed Rosemarieâs face.
Madisyn watched, thinking Wesley was being ridiculous. She shook her head, her tone flat. âWell, if thatâs how you all feel, I donât have anything else to say.â With that, she and Andrew walked away.
The other racers glanced at one another. Some believed, while others werenât so sure.
Jada felt a storm brewing inside her, frustration swirling like dark clouds. Damn Madisyn!
âMaster, how can your injury be healed?â Jada asked, her brow furrowing with concern.
âItâs an old problem,â Rosemarie replied, her voice tinged with weariness. âIâve seen so many doctors, but nothing seems to work.â
A wave of regret washed over Jada.
Wesley stepped forward, his voice steady and reassuring. âDonât worry, I might have a solution. My father was saved by Dr. Mia once. I can ask him if he still has her contact info. She can definitely help you.â
Rosemarieâs eyes widened in surprise. âReally?â

âAbsolutely,â Wesley affirmed.
Rosemarie hesitated, uncertainty in her expression. âI donât want to trouble someone so important⦠Itâs just a small thing.â
Wesley shook his head, determined. âGetting you healed would mean a lot to everyone in this town!â
Rosemarie opened her mouth to speak, but Wesley cut her off with firm resolve. âIâm going to talk to my grandfather. I have to find Dr. Mia.â Rosemarie fell silent.
Upon arriving home, Wesley immediately sought out his grandfather. With his parents being unreliable, it had always been Clayton Lambert, his grandfather, who had cherished and spoiled Wesley since he was a boy.
âGrandfather,â Wesley called as he stepped into his grandfatherâs study.
Clayton looked up with a pleased expression. âBack early today, are you?â
âYes, Grandfather, I need to ask you something,â Wesley replied, quickly sitting across from him, his eagerness barely contained.
âOh? Letâs hear it,â Clayton said with a curious smile.
âGrandfather, do you still have Dr. Miaâs contact information?â Wesley asked.
Claytonâs smile faltered slightly as he responded, âWhy the sudden interest?â
âI have a friend who needs her help,â Wesley explained, his anticipation palpable.
