CHAPTER 11

I groaned and wiggled around a bit till my eyelids peeled open. The bright light blinded me for a moment. I blinked a couple of times till my eyes could fully adjust. I was in a white room, there was a table with a few unused syringes, there were bandages on my hand and round my upper body. I also felt a little dizzy with a slight headache.

I scanned the room more and found out that I was in a hospital, my eyes suddenly landed on the person sleeping on a chair next to me. His face was burried in my bed.

Although I couldn't see his face, that luscious brown head of hair was always a giveaway. I raised my hands to stroke his hair but I froze immediately I heard the door creak open.

It was Jaden with bags on food in his hands, a bright grin sprawled across his face the moment he saw me. He rushed over and his footsteps seemed to wake Dex.

He groaned awake and as soon as he saw me he attacked me with a hug. He pulled away after Jaden tugged on his shirt.

"I brought you breakfast" he said to Dex and shoved the bags at him before hugging me as well.

"Thank you" he squealed after looking into the bag before kissing him on the cheek.

"We made up, I'll tell you later" he said whispering the last part to me and kissing my cheek too making Jaden awkwardly clear his throat.

I heard Dex mutter an apology to his slightly jealous boyfriend before a nurse entered the room.

"I see Mr Mitchell is awake" she said with a warm smile and both guys nodded with happy grins.

She proceeded to check my heart rate monitor and some other stuff while Dex and Jaden left to have breakfast.

After a few minutes, Dex came back, this time, he didn't look as cheerful.

"Look, I'm so.." I started but he shut me up with a gentle hug.

"I was the inconsiderate asshole that threw my homeless bestfriend out of my house" he said still hugging me and the vibrations from his words were ticklish so I chuckled a bit.

"I'm pouring my heart out and you're laughing" he said and began to playfully hit my chest making us both laugh.

"I'm sorry for not telling you" I said and he sighed and pecked my lips.

"Apology accepted" he muttered and a toothy grin spread across my face.

"So how did you and Jaden get back together?" immediately I uttered his name, I notice his cheeks turn to a light pink.

He explained everything to me and didn't hesitate to leave out his attempted rape which made my fists ball up but he managed to sooth me with his eternal cuteness.

"How has your life been?" he asked and the smile on my face slowly faded away.

"We can talk about this when you're out of here" he whispered and I nodded and he smiled back at me.

It's been two days that I've been in the hospital and today being the third day, is the day I get discharged. After a few paper work,  I was taken to the parking lot in a wheelchair by a nurse.

After the drive, we arrived at Dex's place which was empty for some reason. Dex had to dismiss Jaden since we wanted to talk about my current personal life.

We floped down unto his bed and the silence began but it was broken in a matter of time by me.

"He's married" immediately I spoke the words, he hugged me and I sobbed onto his shoulder.

"She's so nice and I feel so terrible" I said inbetween sobs and Dex was kept muttering 'it's okay' while rubbing soothingly on my back.

"He cheated on her with me, I interfered in someone's marriage, I was a whore" and with those final words, I burst into tears.

I eventually relaxed and narrated the entire story while still crying on his shoulders. I left out the Aaron parts.

"You are not a whore, you are my beautiful bestfriend who I am happy I didn't lose, Isaiah is cheating bas...." I shushed him immediately and he narrowed his eyes at me for a second before speaking.

"You still love him?" he asked, knowing that he knew my answer already that I was very ashamed of, I turned away.

"It's okay" he muttered before hugging me one last time.

"Has he touched you since she came?" he asked and I shook my head.

"She always gets in the way" I muttered staring down at the bed as I played with the wrinkles in the sheets.

"I swear I don't understand him at times. One moment he's eating her face and another, he's bringing me desperately to my knees" I said and Dex just sighed but still continued to listen.

"I love him so much, I love that bastard, I know it's wrong but I do, I just wish I'd never met him" I said holding back more eager tears.

"I can't tell you that it'll be alright, your life is really messed up at the moment" he said and I playfully glared at him making him laugh.

"Let me finish, your life is a mess but just remember one thing, I will always be there for you" he said and kissed my cheek. I nodded at him and half hugged him.

"I don't want to go home now" I muttered and he nodded.

"Whatever you want" he said and I smiled at him, he replied me with a grin while playing with his hair.

"Where's everyone?" I suddenly asked.

"My dad's is modellinv at a fashion show and him, mom and Natie have already driven there, I and Jaden were on our way when we hit you" he said and I nodded.

"So what you're saying is that, you have the house all to your horny little self with your boyfriend around" I said teasingly making him giggled and blush uncontrollably.

"You could say that" he said still giggling and blushing.

"You wanna go out and do something or stay at home and binge watch my entire porn folder?" he asked and I just laughed and picked the second option.

Of course I remember the last time I watched porn, this time there will be no females so I won't think about her.

Finally an update.....woooffff...Now I can rest....
