Twenty questions
BLOOD MOON: The Lycan Alpha's Little Witch
Isabella's Point Of View
I winced as rays of the morning sun tickle my eyes awake. When I open them, the first thing I notice is that Dimitri is missing. Was last night only a dream? I thought, an amazing dream. I got dressed in his long black shirt, which stopped right on my thighs. It felt really so intimate wearing his clothing.
I trudged out of the room. Dimitri's safe house was quite bigger than I had realized yesterday. There were countless doors that led only god knows where. I finally stumbled upon the kitchen downstairs, my eyes darted on the topless figure that stood there. Dimitri was looking hot as he prepared breakfast, and by the smell of it, it was good.
But something else got my attention, it was a large tattoo on his back. It was a tattoo of a blue butterfly. My stomach ties into a knot upon seeing it.
'It's him?' I thought 'He is the one mom told me about, the man with the butterfly tattoo.'
I think back about the dream I had about Dimitri, I remember his words
"What you seek is seeking you." This was what it meant, fate was trying to give me a clue. The revelation dawned on me. Dimitri was the man with the butterfly tattoo, destined to help me in fulfilling my destiny. I finally found him, it was destiny. This was fated by the heavens above.
I ran, putting my arms around him, hugging from behind, surprising him by my actions.
"I have found you." I say, still holding onto him tight.
"Someone is in good spirits this early morning." He remarked, turning around to face me.
"The best!" I quipped, going into his arms.
"I cooked breakfast. Pancakes and fried ribs." He added "Hope you brought your appetite?"
I sniff in the aroma "Smells good" I smile into a kiss.
"Why didn't you wake me up?" I asked.
"You looked peaceful in your sleep," he says.
"You made me surprised when I didn't find you in bed. I guess I couldn't stand that for long," I beam.
"We should prepare to eat breakfast now." I stutter, proposing the idea even though my mind is nowhere near eating breakfast.
"Absolutely," he whispers with a devious smirk. "I'm craving for my breakfast right now." His tongue trails on my neck and down to my collar bone. "And I'm not talking about pancakes, we are definitely going to have that later."
"Oh yeah, then what kind of breakfast do you have in mind?" I dared to ask.
"You!" I gulped at his words, I already knew where this was going. I can't do anything but let Dimitri's effect take control of my body, as if he's the only thing it needs to respond to. His touch on my skin is like electricity attacking my body. Dangerous and unavoidable.
I yelp as Dimitri lifts me up to sit on the counter, giving him perfect access to my chest. He kisses my collarbone and unbuttons his black shirt on me. Then he pulls it down, exposing my breast.
Right from the look on his face, his breakfast is going to be devoured by him in any second. He kneads my breasts with both hands, and I moan, closing my eyes as I grip the edge of the counter tightly.
I gasp as he wraps his mouth around my nipples while still massaging the other breast. He open-mouthed kisses and sucks it so fiercely like he hasn't had breakfast for a long time
"Dimitri!" His name escapes my lips as I let out a shaky breath. Now my fingers have left the counter and are clutching his hair instead. Another moan escapes my lips as he softly bites my nipple.
That is when his cell phone suddenly rings from his pocket, making me startle, but he ignores it, not letting me go.
"You have a call." I rasp, my breath shaky from what he was doing to me.
"Shit," he grunts, still eating his breakfast. "Just leave it."
"But--" I can't find my voice when his tongue teases my nipple over and over again. "It might be something important." When he still doesn't answer, I shout. "Dimitri."
He growls, clearly annoyed. Without looking, he takes out his phone from his pants pocket and throws it onto the counter. A quick glance is all he needs before he presses the speaker button.
"Dimitri, where are you?" Lance's voice from the other line.
"Lance," Dimitri barks. "Now's not the right time."
I'm trying hard not to make any sound as best as I can, but it's fucking hard when Dimitri keeps sucking on my breasts like this. I have to muffle my own moans with my hand.
"Okay. Then I just want to tell you the new rogues are already here at the pack. You know they need to have a word from you."Lance says.
"Fuck!" Dimitri stops, cursing under his breath. "Lance, you know the procedure. Make them comfortable, till I get there." Dimitri says before the call goes dead.
"Shit!" He sighs, looking downwards. I'm getting the feeling he planned for us to remain here longer but he has to return to the pack now to take care of the incoming rogues.
"You have to go, they are waiting for you." He gives me a disappointed look, "Don't worry, I'll get ready so we can go back." I murmured, smiling at him. He captures my face in his palm, placing a soft peck on my lips.
"You're the best. I'll go and take a shower." With another kiss he left.

I stared at Dimitri with a smile as we drove heading to the pack house, with the wind hitting his black hair. He was yet in another black shirt that never failed in showing off his exquisite body features, my mate.
It was so hot. It felt so good to be this close to him.
"You're going to make my face turn pink if you keep staring at me like that." His eyes narrowed at me, with a smirk on his lips. "What is it that is going through your mind?"
"Nothing, just that, we are both mates and there still feels like there's a lot I don't still know about you." I told him.
"Okay. We should do something about that." He says, his eyes fixed on the road.
"How about we play a twenty questions game?" I ask, grinning.
"What's that?" Dimitri turns to me with a creased brow.
"I ask you twenty questions and you also take turns asking me twenty questions," I explained to him. "And we have to answer all the questions honestly."
"That seems interesting." He says after a few seconds of silence.
"Okay, I'll go first." I clear my throat "When did you start falling for me?" I ask him with a smile.
"From the moment I first saw you at the coffee bay. When you bumped into me, spilling your hot coffee all over me at that moment I was like yeah, that was one interesting woman." Dimitri says looking at me with a smile
So you are a lycan, what makes you so different from a werewolf." I ask him.
"We are direct descendants from king Lycoan, the first Lycan and the moon goddess Selene." Yes I think I heard that tale before about Lycoan and Selene, they were mates and lovers but their love later ended up in tragedy. It was really a tragic love story.
Dimitri adds. "Lycans are stronger, bigger and immortal. And we have special abilities." He says with a proud look.
"What other special abilities do you have aside from compelling and reading people's thoughts?" I ask.
"I can teleport." He states with a smirk.
"Then why are we using a car if you could get us there in a bat of the eye?"
"Car rides are fun." He chuckles, "I believe that it is my turn to ask the questions, what's your favorite color?" He asked.
"Brown." I answered. "What does the butterfly tattoo on your back mean?" I asked a question that has been pestering my mind since I found that tattoo on his back this morning.
"It isn't a tattoo, and I don't know what it means. It's just a marking that I was born with." He remarked. A marking? Who would have done that? "If you had a chance to meet anyone, who would it be?" Dimitri questioned.
"My little cousin, Diego." I replied, "I haven't seen him for fifteen years."
"What happened to him?" Dimitri's eyes watched me carefully.
"When my aunt Delilah killed our entire coven, I don't know if he died or if he made it out alive. But I feel he is still out there and I won't stop till I find him."
"Don't worry Isabelle, if he is out there we will find him." Dimitri assured me with a genuine look, placing his right hand on my thigh.
"My turn, favorite book?" I changed the subject.
"Torn between wuthering heights and the alchemist. Both are really good books. So back to you, tell me what's your darkest secret?" He inquired with a raised eyebrow, while his eyes were fixed on the road.
"I don't have any." I smiled. "My turn, can you tell me about your family?" I watched as his expression turned completely dark. I could feel the air in the vehicle turn cold as ice, the temperature literally declined. Dimitri's grip on the steering wheel became hard, his expression stiff. This appeared to be a very touchy topic to him, I shouldn't have asked that, it's too personal.
But I am his mate and I want to know what happened to them. I want him to know that he will be able to share his pain with me.
If we were going to be mates I needed to know everything that had to do with him; the good and the bad, the happy and the sad. I needed to know what had happened to that part of his life.
"We are here." He said, I realized that we had reached the pack house already, he stepped out of the car and headed in.
