Chapter 6

Raghav came out of the bathroom after getting fresh. He settled himself comfortably on the bed and started working on his laptop. Suddenly, something clicked in his mind. After taking his phone, he called someone

ON CALL

"Hello"

In a cold, authoritative tone, the person on the other side responded.

"Long time no see, Mr. Shekhawat"

Raghav said to irritate him as he knows this cold and authoritative tone is because of stress and restlessness otherwise Harshad Shekhawat is one of the most polite and respectful businessman.

"Who are you?"

"Forget already? Never knew Harshad Shekhawat forgot about his competitors this soon"

"Just answer what I asked. Stop with your nonsense. Come to the point"

Harshad said strictly, but internally, he is hoping for something good.

"Siya is with me" Raghav dropped the bomb while Harshad didn't know what to feel. Happiness, worriedness, confusion, or restlessness. His sister-in-law, who is no less than a daughter to him, is with Raghav Raghuvanshi.

"What!!?? What do you mean by Siya is with you? How? No, no, no, wait, tell me the place I am coming there", Harshad said and was ready to get out of his house but stopped hearing Raghav.

"Not now. I will send you the location come there tomorrow at the said time"

"Raghav, what the hell do you mean? See, I am coming to take her--"

"Harshad Shekhawat, it's very late right now. And you know very well that Siya is safe with me."

Harshad still does not want to agree, but one question is how did Siya end up being with Raghav.

"How is she with you Mr. Raghuvanshi? Is she injured? She is fine, right? I know I can trust you with Siya's safety, but still, answer me"

"She is fine and not injured or hurt. And you will get your answers tomorrow. Don't worry, no one can hurt her in my presence"

After ending the call, Raghav sighed before he got back to his work.

Once he was done, he put the laptop aside, really tired, and wanted to sleep, but before that, his phone rang. Without looking at the name, he answered and waited for the other person to speak, but even after 1 minute, he heard nothing from the other side

"Who are you? Speak up already!!"

Raghav said irritated, but he almost dropped the phone hearing the voice of the person

"Veer Singh Raghuvanshi" Veer said in a strict and cold tone. For a second, Raghav lost all his sensing powers before Veer brought him back

"Raghav"

"j-ji bh-bhai sa" He shuttered and immediately regretted when Veer asked sternly.

"Why are you shuttering Raghav?"

Raghav gulps searching for a lie, but then he knows Veer Bhai Sa will easily catch him

"Oh actually, I answered without looking at the phone and then heard your voice--" His explanation was interrupted by Veer, who asked him suspiciously, "Where are you?"

"M-me!!?? V-voh bh-bhai sa i-i--"

"Stop shuttering and answer clearly" Veer interrupted with a final warning, Raghav gulp harshly before lying

"O-office bhai sa"

"Ohh office, you say!!? Raghav, since when did you start lying to me?? Last and final time... Where. Are. You?"

"Farmhouse bhai sa"

He answered timidly. As soon as he finished, Veer asked another question

"Why?"

Raghav closed his eyes tight. Once again, he has to lie, hoping that Veer doesn't find it, he said

"Spending bro time with Ekansh bhai sa"

"Spending bro time? That too without Vansh, Sameer and I? You didn't invite us?"  Veer said suspiciously yet dangerously, definitely not appreciating his lies. Raghav regretted lying before he could say anything veer said,

"No problem, we invite ourselves open the door"

"What!!??" Raghav exclaimed in shock along with a hint of fear and nervousness

"Open the door. I am waiting, which I don't appreciate" Veer said sternly before ending the call. Raghav gulped in fear before running out of the room. He directly went towards Ekansh's room and started knocking. After about 2 minutes, a sleepyhead opens the door and glares at him with his sleepy eyes

"Why are you knocking on the door like a wild hippopotamus?"

"What?! Hippota-- whatever come downstairs Veer Bhai sa is here"

Raghav said hurriedly, to which Ekansh frowned before patting his cheeks

"Raghav, you are hallucinating. Here it is only Siya, you and I no one else. You are tired, go back to sleep, hmm" He said and was about to close the door when Raghav pulled his hand, making him look at him with irritation

"I am not. Veer Bhai sa is downstairs"

Before Ekansh could say something heard the doorbell ringing suddenly all the sleep flew away from Ekansh's eyes he ran out of the room straight to the entrance behind him Raghav too tailed along. Ekansh looked from the key hold to see Veer angrily standing at the door he did not at all looked calm which he was trying to show.

"Raghav, open the door" Ekansh said pushing him towards the door who came back and pushed him instead.

"No, you are the elder one. You should do the honour to open it" Raghav once again pushed him towards the entrance

"I am the elder one that's why I am saying you open the door" Raghav looked at him for a second but was interrupted by the door ring before he pushed Ekansh once again saying "No, you open it. Elder one should go first"

"Raghav, I am your elder brother. It's my order, follow it or else I will complain Veer Bhai sa" Ekansh said in a final tone.

"You see how I take my revenge bhai sa. You will punish you in a way that--"

"You open the door before Hitler punishes both you and me along with that poor door he is knocking on"

Raghav gulped, nodding and opened the door just to come face to face with an angry bull. He eyes widened, and fear started rushing through his body. Suddenly, two heads peak from Veer's back with a smile

"What took you so long to open the door?"

Raghav didn't answer anything, so Veer looked at Ekansh, who too stayed silent.

"Vansh, Sameer, come out from behind my back. And you all living room right now" Veer said and entered inside behind him all his brothers. They all stand in the middle of the living room. Veer glares at both Raghav and Ekansh and is about to ask something when he hears a soft noise of bangles. He looks at the two people suspiciously or glares at them.

"Who else is here with you two? Call that person too" Raghav and Ekansh looked at him shocked and feared.

"Bh-bhai sa no-no one--" Ekansh was interrupted by Veer who glared at Raghav and ordered

"Raghav, call the one who is in this house other than you both" Raghav gulped before nodding hesitantly he went away from there and was about to move towards Siya's room when he saw her standing behind one of the pillars.

He goes towards her and asks in a soft voice but clearly shows his dislike,

"Why did you come out of the room, Siya?"

I came out due to the harsh knocking but seeing all men I was about to go away when that dangerous-aura man caught me as soon as I moved" She explained

"Then why do you wear such things which makes noise?!! Anyways, come, and yeah that dangerous-aura man is our elder brother 'Veer Singh Raghuvanshi'. Do not open your mouth until he says otherwise you and bhabhi sa both will become widows" Raghav said, making her look at him with wide eyes at the end. He pulls her hand, taking her in front of Veer. Veer looks at him with his straight face, but his eyes go a little wide when a timid figure comes out of his back. There, Sameer and Vansh's eyes almost come out seeing her standing beside their Raghav bhai sa, which is impossible.

"Who is she?" Veer asked to which all of them stood quietly when suddenly Veer again said in a cold authoritative tone, making Siya shiver whereas Raghav and Ekansh gulp in fear "Who.is.she?" Suddenly, Ekansh speaks up, pointing at Raghav "His wife"

"WHAT!?" Sameer and Vansh shouted in shock, Veer too was in shock hearing him because Raghav getting married is something hard to believe, and he was getting married without his family's permission, impossible

Raghav looks at Ekansh in betrayal, who shows him helpless eyes

"What is your name?"

He asked Siya, who was standing beside Raghav in fear, looking down and playing nervously with her fingers

"Siy--" Raghav stops when Veer shows his finger up

"I ask her, right? Let her speak. What is your name?"

He asked, trying to sound normal, seeing her scared figure

"Siya"

She answered, looking at him first before looking away.

"Siya, he is our elderst brother Veer Singh Raghuvanshi" Ekansh said, signing her with his eyes to touch his feet, which she immediately did along with Raghav. Veer being a traditional man gave them his blessings.

"Siya, he is Sameer, my younger brother and Vansh, my cousin and bhai-sa's brother"  Raghav introduced both of them, respectively. She did namaste to both of them, who returned with a smile

"Done with an introduction?" Veer asked sternly.

"Explain Raghav" He demanded. Raghav signed Siya to sit on the couch and then turned around to Veer and started explaining everything

Once he completes explaining everything, he looks around at everyone. Veer was listening to him silently, then Ekansh, who was standing there with a neutral face then at Vansh and Sameer, who looked like they were studying, and they understood everything even though they didn't understand a word. Then, at siya, who fell asleep because of tiredness

"Raghav, then why are you here instead of in the mansion?" Veer asked.

"Bhai sa, I first wanted her family to know everything, as I explained to you about her family so... and also you know every female of our family would get excited and I don't want her to take any decision roughly. Also, what if her sister didn't agree, so thereforei felt it was better if we come here"  Raghav explained to which Veer nodded, pulling him into a hug and patting his back

"Proud of you, Raghav" Raghav smiles, and they break the hug.

"No worries, we will talk with her brother-in-law tomorrow, then will explain to everyone, hmm"  Raghav nodded his head, hearing him, and then said

"Bhai sa you understand well, I should have called you only instead of Ekansh bhai-sa"

Ekansh glares at Raghav hearing him, and then he looks at Veer as if complaining about him.

"Bhai, I see, how ungrateful of a person he is. That time,'You don't ask anything, just come with the chopper', and now here, just look at this thankless person. And you too are not saying anything to him, I know he is your favorite, that's why, right? I knew no one loved me other than my wife, I miss her a lot. I left her and my son there and ran to help you lying to my beloved pregnant wife, and here you... you wait, Raghav, I for sure will take my revenge. And you too bhai sa I will complain about you to bhabhi maa too. I miss my wife. I want to go to her."

Veer and Raghav look at his tantrums with done faces, whereas Sameer and Vansh look at him like he hit his head somewhere

"Who says he is a father of one child and another is on the way?" Sameer said, shaking his head to which Vansh and Raghav agreed.

They three look at each other and then at Veer, who shakes his head from left to right, then looked at Ekansh, who is looking at the other side, showing he is angry

Suddenly Raghav, Sameer and Vansh hugged him

"I am sorry, bhai sa. You are the best. I know that's why I call you"

Raghav said, hugging him. Ekansh narrowed his eyes at him and asked

"More than Veer Bhai sa, right?"

"Ofcourse not" Raghav answered truthfully.

"He is the favorite, you are too, but Veer Bhai is always first"

"Whatever. I know no one loves me other than my beloved Akshita."

"Now stop being a whipped husband, Ekansh" Veer said, joining the hug, All four of them hugged him because it's rare to get hugged by Veer as he mostly hates skinship.

These are Raghuvanshi Brothers. They don't need anyone when they five are together. They don't need friends, supporters, and nothing at all. All brothers are enough of each other, always together in all ups and downs.

They tackle everything together, and they don't need anyone's help, and the one who joins all of them is Veer Singh Raghuvanshi, the king of Rajasthan and the underworld.
