"Get in"

My hearts drops as the door swings open and shouts.

The familiar scent, voice and face takes me aback.

"Ty'Elle??!" I ask dropping to see in the car.

"In the flesh"

"What the fuck man" i ask myself grabbing my chest.

"Mani? Autumn what's going on?" I hang up on Mari and get into Ty's car.

"Stalker much?" I ask her sitting close to the door.

"What were you doing all the way over here?"

"I live here. You?" I ask smartly.

"Yeah not out the way? Who is this following me?" I laughed at her ironic ness.

"Pull over" I semi-demand.

"Why?"

I eye her and she pulls over.

Hopping out of her car and into Je'Mari's car who's parked dramatically infront of Ty's.I let him in on what's going on. He assures me to call him when I get inside and that he has her license plate number.

"Love you Mari"

"Love you too Mani. I'll pop that nigga"

"They're not a nigga"

"Let me meet em before you go forreal"

"No mari. I'll call you later"

I wave at him as I get out of his car and walk up the porch to my house with Ty taking the hint and following.

"Soo..?" I ask Ty avoiding her incredible eye contact.

"You drinking Autumn?" She inquires.

I throw my head back at her question.

"Oh my gosh Ty'Elle" I drag out opening the door and taking my shoes off.

"No Autumn. I didn't mean to offend you or anything. I just wanna know" she says softly grabbing my arm.

"You followed me to the ABC store?" I ask opening a bottle of water.

"No. I just saw you go in"

"So then you saw me rush back out. I knew I wasn't being paranoid. I knew someone was watching me. Wait, what were YOU doing at the ABC store?"

"I wasn't drinking"

"I didn't say you were. You did" I roll my neck.

"No I said I didn't"

I catch myself smiling, admiring her. Pretty brown skin, pretty ass eyelashes. What, C curl? And my favorite of all.. her lips. What a beauty.

Knocking myself out of my glare, I notice her doing the same.

"Ty?"

"I miss you" she speaks after what feels like forever rubbing her wrists and staring into the side of my face.

My heart drops. Not this again.

"We had this conversation Ty. It won't work. It can't" I tell her turning away to my room.

"Autumn!"

"Ty we can't. PLEASE"

"You won't even talk to me about whatever it is"

"Ty you have a career. You have a show to worry about" I tell her facing her.

"Autumn"

"Please focus on what's infront of you. You have a tour" I tell her.

"You're IN FRONT OF ME. You're in front of me Autumn"

"TY PLEASE. I'm just tryna protect you" I semi- yell at an almost agitated Ty'Elle.

"Yeah yeah. Protect. You say that same shit"

"I'm not doing this with you" I tell her, tears threatening my eyes.

"What? Autumn you left me. Not the other way around. YOU LEFT" she says raising her voice and growing clearly angry.

"I'm sorry. Let yourself out" I say leaving her in the foyer and rushing upstairs before a tear emerges.

Ty'Elle P.O.V

Incoming call from Miriam🤳🏾

I answer the call, knocking me out of my glaze from Autumn running up the stairs.

"Mir can we talk later?" I ask picking up the phone.

"I- Ty you okay?"

"Yeah. I'm fine" I tell her wiping the tear from my eye before it runs down my face.

"I have good and bad news" she says.

"Bad news first" I tell her letting myself as Autumn said.

"You wanna meet?"

"Oh my. How bad is the bad news?" I ask her. I can't take anymore hurt today.

"Just meet downstairs in 5?"

"I'm not at home. Give me 10" I tell her wiping my nose.

"Well just meet us halfway. We're at CVS. Meet us at Wendy's" Miriam informs me.

"Uh yeah. I gotchu" I say wiping my nose once more before getting in the car and hanging up.

Damn Autumn. I hate her man. I hate that I love her.

"Wassup? I ask as I slide in of the booth in front of Charlie and Miriam.

"Sooo" Miriam says excitedly.

I mentally roll my eyes. Why this hoe got all the energy in the world when mines is crumbling?

"So your home show is back on!" She exclaims.

I sit up in confusion.

"What?"

"I found a new venue"

"What's the bad news?"

"It's outside and you have 3 days to get ready" she pushes out.

"Okay" I agree nonchalantly.

"That's all?" She

"I thought you'd be more excited"

"I am. I'm just di-"

"Distracted" Charlie says cutting me off.

"What's wrong?"

I don't answer and avoid their eye contacts.

"Autumn?" Charlie questions.

I slide out of the seat slowly.

"It is her" Miriam says leveled.

"And yall are fucking" I retort walking out of the restaurant.

I shouldn't have went there but I did. They were fucking and all up in my business.

I end the night at approximately 1:17 am. Thought of Autumn keeps me up all night.

Damn I love that girl but I hate her.
