Kyle did leave damage after leaving. Rosa was a mess. A big mess. Of course, me and Brian helped her get through it. That is what friends are for.

Kyle had left almost 2 months ago now. I can not lie, life had turned out better.

Rosa had earned her smile again, and she was happy. I had stopped smoking, and I wasn't in a bad mood anymore.

My relationship with Kaizer had evolved more too. I did tell him that I needed some more space to think. I mean, I can't forget the things he did.

We did become friends again, and hung out sometimes. Me and Brian had gotten a lot closer too. Sadly, he had to leave a month ago. There was a problem in Kaizer's business and he left to take care of it. I was relieved that Kaizer could stay. I really wanted to catch up some more.

Rosa and Brian hugged tightly as we stood by the private jet. Brian walked up to me with a sad, but energetic smile. He hugged me tightly.

"I'll miss you the most, Eth!"

I laughed awkwardly and patted his back. "Yeah, yeah.."

I looked at Rosa and Kaizer for help, but Rosa was grinning at me and giving a thumbs up while Kaizer smirked at me and shrugged. I sighed and hugged Brian back.

After a few minutes, he finally let go. He looked up at me with sad dog eyes, begging me to force him to stay.

"Come on. Brian... You'll literally be back after a month... No need to be sa-"

Apparently I said a wrong thing because he burst out in tears and hugged me tightly again. This time, Kaizer did come to my rescue.

"Okay Brian.. that's enough. I'll see you soon."

He ushered Brian to the private jet, with Brian who keeps looking over his shoulder to wave at us.

"I'll miss you!" He screamed, even tho we were not even 10 feet away. I shook my head, amused.

I watched Kaizer's poor driver struggling with Brian's suitcase. I went over to help him and lifted it up together. I cursed at the heavy weight. I looked at Brian and he gave a guilty smile. This man really needs to stop shopping so goddamn much...

That is basically how Brian's departure was. Trust me, it took ages before Brian finally manned up and was ready to leave.

I walked down the street to a park. It was a sunny day since the summer had arrived. It was 31 degrees. Not too hot, luckily.

The park itself was full with life. People picknicking, walking dogs, ducks quaking in the lake. The grass was bright green, and so were the leaves of the trees. I walked over to Kaizer who was sitting on a bench, waving and smiling at me. I sat down next to him and gave him a grin.

"Hey, sweetheart."

"Hey, shithead."

He rolled his eyes and ruffled my hair before he wrapped an arm around my shoulder. He pressed a kiss in my hair.

"So? Why did ya want to meet up?" I asked him.

He tilted my chin and gave me a soft smile.

"Do you want to go out with me?"

I froze and I turn a bit red. I looked down at the floor, not knowing what to think.

"... ehh... why not."

His smile brightened and he pressed a kiss against my cheek, which turned into pressing kisses down my neck. I shoved his head away and grumbled, earning a chuckle and smirk.

"Love ya too.." He said casually as he looked at me intently.

The wind rushed through my hair as the stars raced against us in the sky. The motorcycle revved loudly in the silent night. My arms were tightly wrapped around Kaizer's waist as he sped down an empty road. I was basically clinging onto his back, scared to fall. My head rested against his back as I watched the scenery rush past us.

He drove around for a few hours before he stopped by the side of the road in a forest. He hopped off the bike and took his helmet off before he grabbed me by the waist and lifted me off. He pressed a kiss on my nose and took my hand.

"You love nature, right? Well, I discovered this place a few days ago. Come on."

He tugged me along as we walked through the forest. It took a few minutes before we entered a clearing. There was a beautiful, but small lake with a small waterfall. The moonlight reflected in the water. I stared at it with my mouth wide open before I looked back at Kaizer. He smirked and gave me a small kiss before he led me to a big stone. We both sat down on it, with his arm around my shoulder.

"Look up."

I looked up at him, which made him roll his eyes. He grabbed my chin and made me look at the sky.

The sky was filled with stars, making it look gorgeous. It was so beautiful, I can't even describe it.

"... How did you find this?"

He rubbed the back of his neck.

"Told ya. I hired a motorcycle for a few days and I stumbled across this place. It immediately made me think of you. Do you like it?"

I looked at him.

"I love you."

I sat in bed with my back against the bedhead. Kaizer's head laid in my lap as he was relaxed. My fingers brushed through his hair, scratching his scalp gently.

".. I still have our son."

I frowned. "The fuck?"

He chuckled and pushed his face in my lap.

"The e-kitten wolf.. batman, you know?"

I laughed. "Really?"

He nodded and lifted his head to look at me.

"Mhm.. it's in my apartment, back at home. I'll take it with me when I come back from my business trip."

I sighed and looked down, a bit sad.

"When do you have to leave?"

He sighed.

"3 days, don't remind me.. I don't wanna go.." He whined like a child. I huffed in amusement at his whiney behaviour.

"How long will you be gone?"

He groaned in irritation. "2 weeks minimum..."

"Mm.. you better come back as soon as possible."

He sat up and cupped my face.

"Why won't you come with me?" He said with hope. He had already asked me this before, and I always had to crush his heart.

I caressed his hair.

"You know I can't. I have work too."

He rolled his eyes and laid back down, pushing his face in my stomach.

"Hmph. Whatever."

I rolled my eyes. He lifted my shirt and pressed kisses on my bare stomach, earning a shiver and a slap on the back of his head.

He got up and glared at me dangerously.

"Don't you da-"

The next morning, I walked into the kitchen of the restaurant. Rosa turned around and went to say something with a smile before she shut up. The smile disappeared and her mouth dropped open.

"Did your neck get beaten up?"

I huffed in embarrassment.

"Don't even mention.."

She burst out laughing and she couldn't let this opportunity to tease me slip away.

"Hah! Dude! Did you and Kaizer fuck or something?"

I slapped my hand on her mouth as she practically screamed it. It wouldn't be surprising if the whole restaurant already heard it..

"No! Jesus! He's not even my boyfriend. He is just obsessed with planting hickeys on me.."

That made her laugh even harder and I gave up on silencing her. She tried to poke at my neck but I smacked her hands away.

"Don't you have concealer to cover it up? Or do you love showing that you're his?" She said with a cocky smirk, trying to keep her laugh in. I flipped her off and continued doing my job.

I spent the last few days a lot with Kaizer. Today, was the time he went back to United States. I sighed and hugged him tight as we stood by the private jet. Honestly? Kaizer was worse than clingy. He was ready to pick me up, throw me in the plane, and keep me to himself.

I sighed and closed my eyes as he pressed kisses all over my face.

"Clingy bastard.."

He huffed and gave me a kiss before he walked to the jet.

"I'll call you everyday. If you won't pick up, I'll kidnap you!"

He yelled before giving me a grin and wave. I rolled my eyes and watched the private jet taking off.

I sighed and got in my car, driving home.
