Chapter 553
The Princess and the Paupers Novel Full Episode
As he spoke, he once again adjusted his hairdo.
Heâd dolled himself up really well on purpose; he even put on the clothes his sister liked, just popping
up in front of her, hoping to lift her spirits a bit.
Arabella was speechless.
Though she knew his good intentions, it seemed like they werenât doing much.
At the dinner table, Serena thought she could see a heartbroken Arabella. But no, Arabella was just
like any other day, with no signs of sadness, just going about eating and drinking.
She was surprisingly calm, given that her granny, who had raised her for so many years, had been
killed. She could still eat and sleep!
How could she be so ungrateful?
At the dinner table, Kenneth and Louisa were carefully asking about Graceâs funeral arrangements
when David interrupted.
âDad, Mom, can you let sis eat her meal in peace?â
He heard that she hadnât eaten much today. If she pushed herself too hard, her health would take a
dip.
âRight, right, letâs eat first. Here, Bella, have some more; itâs your favorite.â Kenneth hurriedly served his
daughter some food.
Louisa was initially worried about Graceâs body being stored for too long due to the hot weather and
also wanted to arrange for Graceâs funeral as soon as possible.
As for Attlee, Olga, and Yolanda, they didnât need to be present. Granny wouldnât want to see them;
besides, they had no blood relation to Granny, so they didnât need to come.
âThe location of the burial site is?â Louisa carefully asked again, âShould I find a big one with a good
environment?â
âNo need; Granny had already picked a spot.â
It was the Murphy familyâs burial ground. She wanted to rest beside her husband. That was her wish.
Louisa recalled Grace choosing her burial site when she fell ill before. It was a normal thing, so she
didnât pry further.
âIs there anything we can help with tomorrow?â Louisa asked again, âWeâd like to see Grace off.â
âSure.â Arabella nodded: âYour presence would mean a lot to Granny. You donât need to help with
anything else; Iâll have it all sorted.â
Her words implied that all they needed to do was show up.
Kenneth never thought his little girl had grown into an independent woman, capable of handling even a
funeral and sorting out all the procedures..
How many hardships had she gone through over the years to develop such independence?
âDo I need to teach the Murphy family a lesson? Let them know this wonât be forgotten easily?â
Kenneth asked again.
âNo need; Iâve taken care of it.â
Although Attlee didnât directly cause Grannyâs death, his excessive greed, only thinking about himself,
and allowing Olgaâs actions ultimately led to Grannyâs death.
Attleeâs backhanded threats and bribes, bullying his companyâs people and leading to their mental
breakdowns and premature deaths, were enough to put him behind bars.
As for Olga, she was going to spend the rest of her life in prison.
Arabella wouldnât let her off the hook easily.
About Yolanda.
