Chapter 1020
Dear Ex-wife Marry Me Novel Full Episode
Chapter 1020
Ian had never been in love before. Yet, when Maja gave him a quick peck on the cheek, he couldnât help but grin all
the way up to his office in the elevator. Jeff was there, too, doing his best to make himself invisible.
lan didnât mind him, and his smile never left his face as he walked into his office.
The Raymond Corporationâs senior executives felt a breath of fresh air during the morning meeting. God knows
how much turmoil the company had been through recently. Especially the newly promoted executives, they were all
on edge. Last time, lan had left the meeting halfway through, leaving them wondering if he was unhappy with
them.
But today, lan was gentle throughout the meeting, his tone as soft as a spring breeze.
It was only after lan had entered his office that the other executives dared to ask Jeff.
âDid something good happen to lan recently?â
âYeah, I got a string of data wrong earlier and thought I was done for. But he just corrected me and let me
continue. Usually, he would have given me a death glare.â
Surrounded by executives, Jeff had no choice but to spill the beans.
âHeâs in love.â
âAh, that makes sense. What?â
Several people gasped, quickly grabbing Jeff to find out who the woman was so as to avoid offending her in the
future.
âWas that the Miss Sanders who has frequently appeared in the company recently?â
âNo, itâs Miss Penny.â
There was a moment of silence, followed by a sense of surprise yet inevitability.
It seemed like lan had always been quite special to this designer.
Ever since Judith saw that scene outside the Raymond Corporation building, she had taken her lunch box and left.
As she bent down to get into her car, she tossed her lunch box into the nearby trash can.
Her eyes were dim, and she felt a sharp pain in her heart!
Wind, who was in the driverâs seat, was startled.
âMiss!!â
Holding her chest, Judith spoke with a pale face.
âCall Beck for me, and I want to rest for a bit.â
Worried, Wind nodded and floored the gas pedal.
Judith tried to calm her emotions in the passenger seat, her fist clenched tightly.
She could no longer wait. She had thought that Maja was just a nobody, but now she could make lan do such a thing
in public.
Her lips were tightly pursed as if she were about to bite them until they bled.
She had never seen lan like this before. When they were in North America, she had gone to great lengths to see
him, but he had always been cold. She followed him to Greenfield, but he was just using her.
Judith wasnât a fool. She had figured out why he had allowed her to enter the top echelons of the Raymond
Corporation.
He was trying to provoke Maja.
Her rationality was on the verge of collapse. She was being used as a tool!
That was something she would never tolerate!
âWind, get Beck here in half an hour.â
âIâve notified Beck. Miss, you need to calm down.â
Judith forced a smile, her tone dark.
I just feel like Iâve been played by lan. Itâs a bit annoying, but itâs okay. As long as I want him, the Sanders family will
find a way for me. Itâs just Maja.â
She looked down, her expression nonchalant. âHow could I possibly lose to a bastard?â
Upon returning to the mansion, she lay on the couch to rest, with Wind dutifully attending to her.
Wind was the head of the Sanders familyâs security team, one of the top assassins on the leaderboard, trained by
the Sanders family from a young age.
His duty since childhood was to protect the princess of the Sanders family, even if it meant sacrificing his own life.
He was very young, just 21, with a small braid at the end of his hair. Despite his sunny looks, he was quiet and
reserved.
Judith looked at him for a long time before speaking.
âIf I asked you to kill Maja, would lan kill you?â
The wind stood up. âMiss, Iâll go kill her now.â
Judith chuckled, propping her chin on her hand. âIan is so capable, and he should be able to investigate my
relationship with you and your relationship with the Sanders family. I donât want to do that.â
As soon as she finished speaking, Beckâs anxious voice came from outside.
âLittle sister, where do you feel uncomfortable?â
Judith snorted, her eyes reddening as she saw him enter.
âBeck, didnât you use three Hollywood quotas to get Maja away from lan? Now theyâre together. I donât care, Iâm
telling big brother, you just gave away Hollywood quotas for nothing!â
Beck rubbed his temples. âTheyâre together?â
Just as he asked this, his phoneârang. It was lan.
His tone was smug.
âMaja asked me to tell you, letâs have dinner together tonight.â
Beck felt a surge of anger as he heard his gloating tone, and he stood up abruptly.
âlan, how do I know youâre not playing me?â
lan twirled a pen in his hand, his tone indifferent.
âShe just messaged me and confessed. She took your three Hollywood quotas but didnât do what you asked. She
asked me, her boyfriend, to figure out a way to compensate you. After all, whatâs mine is hers from now on.â
Beck had fought with him before, and now he was so angry he was dizzy. He momentarily forgot that Judith was still
there.
âHuh? How could Maja fall for you? Boyfriend, youâre worthy?â
After saying this, he realized Judith was watching him.
