Chapter 1101
Dear Ex-wife Marry Me Novel Full Episode
Chapter 1101
Pearson was at his wits end, clutching at straws.
When he had been impersonating lan to write letters to Judith, he never imagined heâd face
her at the final hour.
So, he had pinned his hopes on this woman to save him from prison in light of the letters he
had written her.
âMs. Sanders, I was the one who wrote those letters, the one who mimicked lanâs
handwriting. I know it was wrong, but when I met you overseas, I fell for you at first sight. I feared you wouldnât
accept me for who I was, so I pretended to be lan.â
A flicker of disgust crossed Judithâs face, and she had suspected something was off about
those letters since she arrived in Greenfield.
lan had been too indifferent towards her, nothing like the caring and considerate person in the letters. But she had
no idea this man before her was the one who had written them.
She quickly moved to hide behind lan, whimpering his name, âlan.â
Clearly, she pretended not to hear what Pearson had said.
To her, he was a defeated man without any right to desire her.
A smirk played on her lips as she took that chance to get closer to lan.
Pearsonâs hope began to fade as he saw her reluctance to help him. He began to curse,
âI was the one who wrote those letters to you, who cared for you. Donât you have any feelings for the one who
wrote those letters?â
Judithâs expression turned cold, âFeelings? I met lan long ago in North America and fell for him then. Had I known
the letters werenât from him, I wouldnât have responded.â
Pearson froze. Despair filled his eyes.
He looked around, desperate for someone who could save him.
Where were the people who had promised to help him escape tonight? Why were they so late?
He stood up, staggering to leave, but lanâs comment stopped him in his tracks, âEmbezzling public funds, youâll
probably spend the rest of your days in prisonâ
Those words shattered Pearson completely, and he swept all the drinks off the bar in fury.
It was then he noticed a pregnant woman sitting not far from him. Her belly was large, clearly several months
along.
But he had no time to study her. He pointed at lan, âlan, donât get too cocky! You stole this position from Eric. If
thereâs any justice, Eric should be alive and take everything you have.

lan, youâll never measure up to Eric!â
Pearsonâs words seemed to strike a chord with lan; his face fell, and Pearson couldnât help but feel triumphant.
âJust you wait. Everything you care about will be taken from you!â
Just as his words trailed off, two undercover cops arrived and handcuffed him.
Pearsonâs face turned pale, and his lips trembled in disbelief.
The man who had been so arrogant moments ago was now silenced.
He hung his head, quietly following the two officers out.
The officers took off their jackets, concealing their handcuffs so no one would know the police had been there.
After Pearson was taken away, Judith looked at the men and women dancing wildly on the
dance floor, feeling nauseated.
These were lowerâclass people. If she hadnât come here on her own, they would never have
seen someone like her.
She was about to grab lanâs hand and leave when her gaze landed on the pregnant woman a few meters away.
It was odd to see a heavily pregnant woman in such a bar.
But that wasnât her concern. Just as she was about to reach for lanâs hand, footsteps sounded behind her, and a
group of thugs surrounded her.
âHey, pretty lady, came to the bar alone, did you? Want to join us for some fun?â
Judithâs eyes lit up, and she wasnât alarmed, instead, she turned to lan with a whimper, âlan,
help.â
The men thought she was joking and burst out laughing. One of them reached out to touch
her face.
âBack off, do you know who I am?â
She raised her voice, knowing lan would come to her rescue.
Even if lan didnât fancy her yet, he wouldnât let anything happen to her, not while she was still weak from being
hospitalized.
âlan, help!â
As soon as the words left her mouth, lan turned around and kicked one of the men hard.
The thug flew several feet away, coughing up blood.
A shrill scream suddenly filled the air
