Chapter 555
Dear Ex-wife Marry Me Novel Full Episode
Chapter 555
Maja glanced at her phone to see that it was already past one in the morning.
âMr. Raymond, itâs already late. You should get some rest.â
lan looked at her phone, a bit miffed that she wouldnât give him her personal number. His eyes roved over her
stomach, thinking about the baby she was trying to conceive, and he was jealous, âYou havenât been pregnant
before, have you?â
The atmosphere in the room chilled at his words. Maja felt her head spin with anger, unsure of how to respond.
lan didnât hear any rebuttal, so he presumed she might have indeed been pregnant with her husbandâs child before.
He clutched the side of the bed, his words becoming increasingly venomous, âSo you really have been pregnant
before. Only someone like you would settle for a guy like him.â
Maja stiffened, feeling a cold shiver creep up from her feet to her head. She turned around, ready to leave, not
wanting to say another word.
But lan stepped forward and grabbed her wrist, âYou got upset just because I said a few words? If you really cared
about me, you wouldnât be trying to get pregnant.â
âThatâs none of your business!â
At those words, lanâs eyes narrowed, âWhat did you say?â
Maja took a deep breath, looked up at him, her eyes resolute, âI said, itâs none of your business whether Iâve had a
child or not.â
lan was seething, pulling her to him, âNone of my business! Iâve been by your side more than your husband has.
What do you take me for?â
Maja slapped his hand away, âYouâre my lover, the third wheel. Know your place. You have one last chance, if you
want to do it, then do it.â
With that, she walked out the door.
lan had never been so infuriated. It was one thing when Tyler joked about him being the third wheel, but to have
that woman actually treat him like one was a bitter pill to swallow. He stormed out the door and caught up with her
just as she was stepping into the elevator. He blocked the closing doors, pulling her out of the elevator.
Maja assumed he was ready to go through with their final time together, so she didnât resist.
Back in his room, he clamped a hand over her mouth and said, âYouâre like a dead fish in bed. Do you really think I
enjoy making love to you?â
Maja glared at him, her own temper flaring,
Outside, a nurse was asking, âMr. Raymond, is everything alright?â
Maja tried to make a noise, but her mouth was muffled.
lan called out, âNothingâs wrong, itâs just that a friend came here to pay a visit.â
The nurse left.
lan bit her lip hard enough to draw blood, âYou treat me like a third wheel, but what do you think you are? Youâre
not even good enough to be a bed partner. Iâd rather hire a clean prostitute than be with a woman like you.â
Maja couldnât push him off, so she hit his back where he had a wound. His face turned pale.
In a fit of rage, lan thrust into her, âYour actions speak louder than your words.â
Maja was so angry that she had a headache, and they remained silent, only their breaths echoing in the room.
It wasnât until the nurse came for rounds in the morning that lan let her go. Maja was so exhausted she sank to her
knees against the wall. She bowed her head, tiredly fixing her clothes and pants.
lan watched her, but the situation was not pleasing to him. He felt angry and wronged, and the thought of not using
protection made him spitefully say, âRemember to take your pills. I donât want to end up with a kid like your
husband, especially when the kid may not even be mine.â
Maja stiffened, slowly adjusting her clothes and standing up, her voice hoarse.
âMr. Raymond, that was the tenth time.â
lan felt frustrated and wronged. Ten times and she still wouldnât visit him in the hospital.
