“Holden has been taking his medication obediently, but the doctor has not disclosed his condition to us. And he

seemed spirited all the time, and we thought his health was improving.”

lan rubbed his temples.

After hanging up, he stared into the distance.

With Grandpa’s body so weak, who could possibly take him away at this point?

“You said my brother is still alive. Was that true?”
