Epilogue

I'm His Fake Girlfriend

Sorry it took me long enough to write the epilogue. I don't know what kind of happy ending you guys want, but I tried to make you guys satisfied. XD. I hope you enjoy this epilogue!

Oh, btw, thanks for giving me so much love! I can't believe I'm hitting the 27K+ reads. Oh God, I can't believe it! My reaction was like "Really? Is my eyes playing a trick? Thank you for giving this book a chance up until now. Thanks a lot! Thanks! Thanks! Thanks! ^3^ I love you!

Okay, that's enough. Now, let's check the story. Once again, I hope you like the epilogue.

Cornelia's POV

"Come on, Lia. It has been one year since we officially dating," I giggled at the sound of officially. He was so proud about that.

"It's only one year." I said to him.

He rolled his eyes, "Then, we have been dating for one and eight months if you count our fake dating thing."

"Still, I don't want to marry you yet." I crossed my arm in front of my chest and looked away, making my back faced him.

"Oh God, it's my sixth time proposing to you, yet you still refuse to marry me." He messed his hair. His voice sounded desperate. And yeah, he had tried to propose me before, this time was the sixth time. I was afraid that I was not the one for him. But I also wanted to test his patience. I didn't want him to give up on me.

"It's too soon, Colton. We both are still young. I'm just twenty two and you are twenty five. What if we are not the perfect one for each other? What if we are not destinied for each other?" I rubbed his back, gently soothe him.

"Do you believe in us, Lia?" He cupped my cheeks and looked at me intensely with love. I just nodded, melt in his gaze.

"Then that's all we need. I just need us to believe in each other. I believe that marriage only happens once in a life time, and I believe my fated person, my soul mate, my othet half is you." His words were so sweet. The words flowed well from his mouth. There was no hesitant when you heard his words, when you saw his eyes. He was serious about this. He never played or joked about this kind of thing. He was serious about us.

"Please, Lia. We don't have to be married now or soon. We can get married as soon as you ready. I just want to label you as my fiancée, not my girlfriend anymore. I just want the world to know that you already have a man." He pleaded me with his eyes.

It took me awhile to think. My belief was wavering. The look on his eyes, the words that flowed from his mouth, his belief in us, it made me think twice. No. It made me think countless time.

"Fine. I'll marry you." I said.

--------------------------------------------------

6 YEARS LATER

"Help me convience her, Cornelia. She refused my proposal again for the third time." Alex pleaded me. It was de javu. He had same problem like what Colton had six years ago. Tori refused to marry Alex even though I knew she wanted it. She kept telling me that whenever we met. I guessed she just wanted to test him like I did before.

"You are not tough enough." I sneered, half joking of course.

"Unlike me." Colton said from beside me and gave me a peck on my cheek. I only arched my eyebrows in responce.

"Try it again, again, and again. But don't rush her! She will get mad and ignore you even more." Colton said. Hah! Now he knew the recipe to propose a woman who always refuse him.

"The professional has told you." I grinned, proud because my husband knew the key.

Husband. Sounded good right? We had been married one year after he propose to me. The wedding was a small wedding with no media. Even after five year of marriage, I still remembered how sweet and sacral it was. It was one of the best memory.

"Mommy, when are we going to visit grandpa? I drew him!" My four year daughter ran to me as she yelled excitedly.

"Show your drawing to uncle Alex, princess." Abbigail, my daughter, was her uncle and daddy's treasure. She was their princess. Sometimes I got angry with them because they couldn't say no to her.

"Abby, where is James?" Colton scooped her in his arm and made her laughed. Colton always loved hearing her laughter and seeing her smile. He said that she inherited my lips and copied the way I smile.

"He is drawing in his room." She said as I walked to his room, "Mommy, be careful. He is angry." James and Abigail were twins so they understanded each other's feeling well. But that didn't mean that they always stay in peace, they fought about things a lot.

All the families were all happy when they knew we had twins. They immediately chose names for them. But Colton came up with names that I loved the most. Both Abbigail and James were my parents' middle name and Colton remembered it. It made me really happy.

When I entered his room, he was lying on his stomach in his bed. From what I saw, he didn't draw anything like what Abby said. He just made a black hole on his paper.

"Hey, Abby said you are angry. What are you angry about?" I soothed him by rubbing his back.

"Mommy, do you remember Daniel?"

"Of course I remember him. You have punched him once."

"I punched him again." He looked down.

"Why? You promise me you won't hit people again."

"I hate him, mommy. He called Abby ugly. Abby is pretty like mommy. I can't stand that, mommy." I hugged him. I knew why he did that. He was very protective toward his family. He also loved violence. He was a mini version of Colton.

"I understand that, James. But you don't have to punch him. You can talk to him and say that you don't like that. Promise me that you won't do that again?"

"I promise, mommy." I loved my kids very much. They were my life.

"Now, let's go visit grandpa, shall we? What have you prepared for grandpa?"

"Cookies! Daddy and I bought xookies yesterday." He ran to first floor and join the others.

One hour later, we had arrived at their grandpa's place. What they meant by grandpa is Jacob. He was now free from the jail. Although his punishment was actually a life time, we managed to get him out of the jail. Of course we had to gave the police some guarantee. He was now live with Dmitri, Sandra, and their kids. They lived happily now with three kids and one kid in the way. Colton and I insisted to let our kids called Jacob grandpa. Jacob was a very better person now. His face was shining with happiness, not some despair and vengeful aura.

"How are you, Jacob?"

"Good, very good. How is my grandchildren doing?"

"Very good, grandpa!" They yelled happily. Jacob kissed them one by one. They squealed as their grandpa kissed them, especially Abby.

"Grandpa, I brought cookies for you." James handed his cookies box to Jacob.

"Thank you, sport. You are the best!" Jacob gave him thumbs up qhich made the boy grinned proudly.

"Nooo!" Abby yelled jealously, "James is not the best. He is naughty. He punched Daniel. I'm a good girl. I'm the best." She said proudly.

Jacob just laughed happily, "You two are the best! The same goes for Dylan, Janice, and Ryan. All my grandchildren are the best!"

"Where are them?" I asked curiously because I hadn't seen them. Usually the kids went wild when they saw their counsins.

"Vacation to Australia. I refused to go with them. I can't let my plants die while I go. I should enjoy my old day with gradening here." I just smiled. Gardening was his hobby now. The garden was full of beautiful flowers planted by him.

"Should we talk over a tea in my garden? I want to show how beautiful it is now. My Lily is blooming now."

"Sure. Let's talk there." Colton said while holding two struggling kids in his arms.

Once we arrived at the garden, the maid served tea for us. The kids were running around in the garden. I was afraid they would stepped on the flower. Jacob wouldn't be very happy if that happened. We enjoyed the tea while looking at his garden. It was really beautiful. The birds were chirping, the air was fresh, and the garden was colorful with the blooming flowers.

"How is Kallum doing?"

"Oh, he is still busy spending time with his girlfriend. Her name is Ariel. She is a sweet girl and I love her already. They have been dating for three years now."

"Finally that boy has a girlfriend."

"I know right. He is far too long to be single."

"Thank you for everything, Lia."

"Eh? Thank you for what?"

"Everything. If it's not because of you, I will still rooting in jail. If it's not because of you, I will still blind with wealth and revenge. You show me how much people love me. Thank you." He said. I smiled knowing that his life was now different. And I was thankful I could change him into a better person.

"It's thanks to you too. Maybe if I didn't meet any obstacle, I wouldn't meet Colton." I faced Colton and smiled to him.

We spent the day by talking about our lives. The kids were having so much fun playing with their grandpa. And now it was time to say goodbye.

"Say goodbye to grandpa." I said to them.

"Goodbye, grandpa." They looked sad because they had to go home.

"Don't look so sad. We will visit here soon."

"How about let the kids stay the night here? I'm quite lonely here." Jacob said, making my kids looking at me with their puppy eyes.

"Let them spend more time with Jacob, Lia." Colton said.

"Fine. You can stay here. But remember, you will not be naughty to grandpa." I rolled my eyes. It would give Jacob disaster if I let the kids spemt the night there.

"Yes, mommy." They said obediently.

Colton and I said goodbye to them and promised them we would pick them up tomorrow night.

"Now, I have my wife for me alone." He said with seductive smile.

"You! You let them stay in Jacob's house to spend time with me alone, don't you?" I asked.

"Of course. It's about time to give them sibling." He smirked.

"I don't want to. It's hard to raise kids." I said half joking.

"Oh come on." He whined. "I can't have more kid without your help."

I sighed, "Fine. I'll help you." To be honest, I missed his hold too. It had been few weeks since we made love. The kids kept intruding us.

"I will keep you awake all night and day." He whispered in my ears. That sent shivers down to my spine. But his offer was good. I could live with that.
