Dinner???

"I'm home."I said getting in the house.

He was sitting on the couch with his laptop open. He didn't say anything, well I was expecting that.

I am so glad that I didn't get lost or anything, this place is really new to me.

Should I ask him if he wants anything? I will just ask him, otherwise he will get one more chance to taunt or point out my mistakes.

"Do you need anything, master?"I asked him.

"Nope."he said and I turned to go to the kitchen when he said,"But I am surprised that you didn't get lost."

He was hoping for me to get lost?? As expected of him.

I turned to look at him irritated.

"You were hoping for me to get lost, right? Don't worry I will take care of myself till I pay you back and get my watch back."I answered him back irritated.

"Very well. That's good thing to know. I am impressed with your sincerity, slave."he said and smirked.

I gave him a fake smile and said,"Ok. I will go and have my dinner."

"Ummm..."he is hesitating in saying something. That's new. I am surprised, he never does that. I have never seen him hesitating before.

"Do you have anything to say, master?"I asked him surprised.

"Umm...that...."he is still hesitating.

What's the matter?

He shook his head.

Growlllll...

My stomach growled. I am hungry. He looked at me suppressing his laughter.

Embarrassed I went straight to the kitchen. When I opened the lid of the pot, it was empty!!!!

What??? It's empty!!!! How can this be??? I left food for myself...

Wait a minute....did he??? He can't... why will he eat my food when he ordered from restaurant. But, he was hesitating just now. Maybe he?? I should just ask him straight.

I went out to the hall and stood there folding my hands. I am angry. If he wanted to eat what I cooked then he should have just ate it, why did he ordered from restaurant and wasted all the food..all my efforts? Why did he troubled me when he was going to eat the food I made? He really is a spoilt rich brat.

He looked at me and got surprised. Then he sighed.

I didn't say anything, just stood there waiting for him to say.

He sighed again and then said,"I ate it. Those restaurant people were late in delivering the food and I was very hungry so, I ate what you kept for yourself. You can just go and eat the food that I ordered from restaurant."

"You...."I was going to shout at hin but I controlled myself and closed my eyes and took few deep breaths. Cait, you shouldn't shout on him, he will take that revenge later. So, just calm down. Wait till you pay him back and get your watch. I opened my eyes, he was looking at me surprised. I went straight to the kitchen.

I will just eat what he ordered from restaurant. This hunger is making me more angry.

"Sir, your coffee."I said keeping the coffee mug on the table. I am in his office. He took the coffee mug and took a sip.

"Miss. Snow, take these papers and get a xerox two copies each and arrange them too. Then make separate files and bring them back to me."he said keeping the papers on the table.

I nodded and took the papers and went out of his cabin.

I am trying to avoid him as much as I can. I will just concentrate on my work.

I finished what work he gave me and was about to knock on his cabin door when my phone rang.

It's uncle Paul. Why is he calling me now? I answered.

"Hello! Uncle!"I said into the phone.

"Hello! Cait! How are you?"he asked me.

He usually calls me in the evening at around six. But, today he called me so early.

"I am fine uncle."I said.

"Cait, message me your address, I am coming to your home for dinner."he said giving me a shock.

I am so shocked. He is coming to my home for dinner??? What??? How???? What should I do?? That Ronnie...will he say yes to it??

"Cait?? Are you there??"he said when I didn't answer.

"Yes. Yes, uncle. Today...."I was saying when he interrupted me, "Cait, I am really worried about you. I know you are fine. But, I want to see it with my own eyes. I waited for two days so that you can settle in your new house and now that you have settled I want to come meet you. So, please..."

"Uncle...."I interrupted him and continued, "You don't have to say please to me. You are my family and if you want to see me you don't have to say please for that. I will message you my address."

"I am really glad. Ok. Then we will meet in the evening. You must be at work now. Bye, love you Cait."he said.

"Bye, uncle. Love you too."I said hanging up the call.

I sighed.

What should I do now? What will I say to Ronnie? Will he say yes to this? More importantly, will he stay out of the house till uncle stays at home?

Will Ronnie stay out of his house for Cait? Or will he do something to trouble her even more?
