I was just focus on my work of checking Mihir medicine and all then I heard a muffled sound, I saw Mihir is trying to say something but Rishi kept his hand on his mouth. And both of them glaring at each at, uff... Again they starts there fights.

"Dr Rishi will you please stop being childish."

"Hehe" he is nervously smile and said. "Nothing , I'm sorry I won't do anything now"

"Leave him know he can't breathe you are literally choking him look." He jerkily remove his hand from his mouth and stand beside me.

"Mihir my handsome boy for now I'm going. Your grandmother will be coming and you stay well and eat something, I will come to meet you again." He's looking at me with his puppy eye and said me not to go. "Don't worry Mihir I will definitely come to meet you and tell me if you want something, I'll get it for you when I come back. How that?"

"Really ok then get me chocolates, papa mujhe kabhi khane nahi dete hai." He said with cute pout.
