Aaruhi smiles looking at the rush around her house. She looks at the worker busy decorating the house and backyard.

Finally it's happening!

They reached their farmhouse this morning for her and Ryan's wedding functions.

The Roy family will also join them tomorrow and stay on the other side of the house. Everyone is running here and there.

From tomorrow their pre wedding ritual will start.

“Aaru,.."

Aaruhi comes out of her thoughts and turns back to see her mother coming inside.

“Aaru, here is your dress for haldi and mehndi. Try them once to check the fitting," She told her, placing them on the couch.

Aaruhi nodded as she walked near her.

Aashika smiles seeing her face glowing with happiness. She cupped her face softly and kissed her forehead. Aaruhi smiles at her affection and closes her eyes.

“My little Aaru grew up so soon…" tears formed in her eyes looking at her daughter.

"My baby is going to be a bride in a few days,” Aaruhi bite her lips, stopping herself from crying.

“I am so going to miss my princess,," Aaruhi hugged her mother and started crying silently as she realized she have to leave her house, her family.

Aashika hugged her back and closed her eyes while caressing her back to calm her down.

“Shh… don't cry baby. I mean to make you cry, bachcha…Shh, it's okay," She console playing a loving kiss on her temple.

"We are all here for you, Aaru. You should be happy that you now have another beautiful family. Siya and Ruhaan will love you like their own daughter. And everyone is so kind and loving there, right??" She softly said while caressing her head.

Aaruhi smiled with tears and nodded, still hugging her tightly.

“Also, Ryan is a really nice and mature boy. He will always keep you happy. Here I thought, you love him but seeing you are crying. Don't you want to go to your Ryan, huh??" Aaruhi pulls back and looks at her mother in surprise.

Ashi chuckle and taking her hands in her, she said,

“I know you love him. I was waiting for you to tell me about this. But now see here you are already married to him. Isn't it filmy," Aaruhi blushed and looked down to hide her red face.

Ashika laughs at her daughter's shyness and hugs her again.

“I am so happy for you. Always stay happy like this," she whispered lovingly and sent a quick prayer to god for her children's happiness and well being.

Aaruhi smiles tightly hugging her Mumma.

“I love you, Mumma,"

"I love you too Meri Jaan,” Ashika replied with a small kiss on her forehead.

“What is this, Ma??" Ryan asked, looking at Mother who shushed him and continued her work.

Ryan looks at his wrist where his overprotective mother is tying a black thread.

Siya secured the thread around his wrist with a knot and sigh.

“This is to keep the evil eyes away from you. I don't want anyone's bad eyes on my children's happiness especially when they are going to start a new and beautiful chapter in their life,"

Ryan smiles at her care and hugs her tightly.

"My beautiful sweet Ma, I am sure no one is going to hurt your children when we have so many loving people around us,” Siya smiles.

They pull back and looking at Ryan's face,

Siya said,

“As if I let anyone hurt babies," she said.

Ruhaan who is sitting on the chair, chuckle and pull her towards him by her waist,

"Who wants to see their death by your hands, wifey..” he teased her. Siya glared at him while Ryan chuckled seeing them.

“okay okay, now I should go. You guys continue your romance," he teases his parents before rushing out of the house.

Siya grasps hearing him while Ruhaan laughs.

“Ruhaan ji, seriously!! Have some shame now. We are not young now…" Ruhaan gives her an offended look and pulls her more into him.

“Are you calling me old?, " Siya look at him as she turn around in his arms and smile widely

"Of course, Mr. Oldman,” she giggled loudly when Ruhaan glared at her.

"Leave me, I have so much work to do…” she gulped seeing Ruhaan leaning towards her. He cupped her cheeks and before he could lean further they heard a door opening. Siya pushes him away while Ruhaan sighs loudly and looks at the door to see Kris standing there.

“Badi Ma, Dadi is calling you downstairs to check the gifts we have to send for Aaru Bhabhi," Siya nodded and hurriedly walked out of the walk hiding her flushed face.

Ruhaan glared at Kris.

“Can’t you come a little later," he muttered to himself.

"You said something, Bade Papa,” Kris asked him innocently.

"Nothing!!” He said while Kris walked out of the room with a shrug.

"Is there any problem, Miss Trisha?” Trisha snaps her to her side to see Ryan's PA looking at her with a frown.

She shook her head instantly before looking down at the screen of the desktop.

Suddenly she looked up with bright eyes hearing the sound of the lift stopping.

She smiles looking at Ryan coming out of the lift while talking on his phone.

Gaurav, Ryan's PA, watches her with a frown.

“Good morning, Ryan,"

"Good morning, Sir,”

Gaurav and Trisha greet him together as he passes by them. With a small nod, he walked and entered his office, still busy in call.

“Miss Trisha, It's Ryan sir for you. He is senior and much higher in position. Show some respect to him," He told her, not happy with her behavior.

“He didn't say anything," Trisha said, annoyed with his attitude.

“That doesn't mean you forget your manners. So much professionalism in your work,” saying he walked away.

Trisha glared at him angrily.

“Now he teaches me manners. Wait till my time comes, then I will see him,," she murmured with a smirk.

Next day

(Mehendi ceremony)

Aaruhi is sitting in the beautiful decorated hall with few mehndi artists siting beside her doing their work on her hands and legs.

Aaravi is sitting beside her looking at her mehndi design with aww.

"Please hide the groom such that even the bride couldn't find it," she told the artist making everyone laugh.

Aaruhi smile and look down at her hands to hide her blushing face.

"Aaravi beta, then both bride and groom have to spend their whole first night in that only, " her bua, Anushka tease more and laugh slightly when Aaruhi duck her head more.

Aaravi giggle along with other.

"Yeah!! Then when they will celebrate their first night," Amaira giggle as she whispered near Aaruhi making her deep red.

"I will go away if you guys don't stop right now," she threat them while her flushed face.

Aaravi place her finger on her lips while smiling widely while Amaira giggle covering her mouth.

Aaruhi huff and roll her eyes at them.

"Abheer, don't baby!! Don't touch it. You will spoil her mehndi," Aaravi scold her baby boy in soft voice seeing him touching Aaruhi's hands.

He giggle hearing his Mumma and then crawl to her. He raise his arm for her to pick him.

"You want to apply mehndi, hmm," Amaira said in a baby voice. Abheer grin showing her his two teeths.

Amaira made Abheer sat on her lap. She asked the mehndi artist to write something on his tiny palms.

Abheer sat silently looking at his palms in full attention.

Aaruhi peek at his palms to see and the next moment she goes all awe at her little baby.

'Bua ki Jaan❤️'

'Mami ki Jaan,'

It is written on his both palms.

He look at them, blinking his eyes cutely.

Suddenly he pout and slap his palms together.

Everyone grasp while he just giggle.

"You naughty boy!! What have you done?? Bad boy Abheer,," Amaira scold him making fake serious face.

He blink looking at her face before slap his mehndi smudge hands on her dress.

She let out a shriek looking at mehndi strain in her kurta. She made crying facing, Abheer giggle jumping on her lap.

Aaruhi and Aaravi laugh looking at them.

"It's karma, Amu. My sweet boy take revenge for his bua for teasing me. I love you, my cupcake..muahh!!!" She air kiss him.

"Uumaa" Abheer copy her, pouting his lips.

Now all the ladies and mehndi artists present there laugh at his cuteness and gushing over his antics.

On the other hand

"Ma, is it necessary??" Siya roll her eyes and huff as Ryan ask her this for nth time.

"Ryan, just apply it a little bit. Just for Sagun," He sigh sadly when Siya gesture the mehndi artist.

He hesitately forward his palm then look at his mother. She blink her eyes as if telling him, it's okay beta ji.

"Write bride name also. Like you know Aaru ka Dulha(Aaru's groom) or Aaruhi ka Ryan(Aaruhi's Ryan) something like this,..." he look at Chachi with wide eyes making his mother and Chachi giggle at his reaction.

"Yaar, Chachi...I have a meeting tomorrow," he make excuse but she just wave her hand nonchalantly.

"So what? Meetings come and go but not your wedding. It happens only once. So sit quietly let them do their work," He huff but then sit back silently letting his and aunt do whatever they want.

Looking at their dark mehendi both Ryan and Aaruhi smile.

They look at the moon from their room window.

Next day

Aaruhi smiles and giggles seeing her whole family enjoying and dancing like crazy.

Sitting on a decorated stool in the garden, she looked around to see only bright and beautiful decorations with colorful curtains and flowers.

She is dressed in white beautiful sharara with white floral jewelry, looking like a real angel.

(Aaruhi's look)

Everyone dressed in a magenta color outfit as per the theme. She saw Siya, Ruhaan and other family members of the Roy family also, except for Ryan, her husband.

She smiled, her eyes filled with happy tears as she saw everyone so happy around her.

“Siya, Ashi start the ritual. And where is Ryan?" Pallavi said,

"Ohh!! Here comes out groom,” everyone shouted teasing Ryan who just came, dressed in white thread embroidered cotton kurta.

Aaruhi turns to see him but Aaravi suddenly blocks her view and narrows her eyes.

“You can't see him, Didu. Not before the wedding," Aaruhi blinked her eyes.

Amaira and Aaravi laugh at her surprised face.

“Its okay, Didu. Don't be sad. You can see him on your first night, from all angles,..." Amaira said giggling then wink at her making her face turn red.

“Aww…Didu, your cheeks turn red, " both Aaravi and Amaira giggle.

"Shut up if you do not want your cheeks to turn red, ” Aaruhi scolds them then looks away from them to escape from their teasing.

Ryan also sat on a stool beside Aaruhi while a white curtain between them. He looked at everyone with a peaceful smile, feeling content seeing their family so happy.

Aaruhi slowly turns to see Ryan's silhouette through the curtain. At the same Ryan also looked towards her and he felt his heart skip a beat as he saw her shadow.

Soon the haldi ceremony started and both the families applied haldi on the bride and groom while teasing them in between.

Aaruhi smiles as Arjun paints her cheek with haldi paste before lovingly placing a gentle kiss on her forehead.

“My princess is looking so beautiful today," she grinned at him and kissed his cheek.

"Not more than Mumma,” she teased her father. They chuckle together.

“God bless you," he patted her head, blessing her.

Abhi did the ritual feeling happy and emotional at the same time. He tightly hugged, making Aaruhi chuckle at him.

He pull back with slight glossiness in his eyes making Aaruhi's soften.

“Why are you crying?? It's me not you who are going anywhere, stupid boy,"  Everyone smiles at them while Abhi just holds her hands and kisses her palms.

"I am always there for you, Didu…” he softly said, looking at her with adoration and affection.

"I know,..” her voice broke as she said.

"Manyu, you are making my Bhabhi cry," Suddenly Aaravi said, making everyone chuckle.

Abhi rolls his eyes while Aaruhi giggles as both brother and sister hug each other lovingly.

Ryan laughs, shaking his head, hearing his sister.

Aaravi and Vihaan share a mischievous look before they went near Ryan who was sitting with haldi paste on his cheeks. He narrowed his eyes at them, seeing their so-called innocent face.

“What??"  He asked.

Aaravi grins sweetly now which is scaring him.

“Bhai, we are so happy for you and Didu,” He still has his eyes narrow knowing they are up to something.

“So??"

"So, we have something for you,” as she said, Vihaan emptied the whole haldi paste on him then Kris and Kabeer poured the water on him, drenching him completely.

Ryan grasps in shock with their sudden action.

“Hahaa!! Run Avi!!!"  Vihaan shouted while laughing loudly.

Everyone ran away laughing loudly at him. Ryan wiped his face and looked at them with glare.

Before he could do anything he heard Aaruhi's surprised shout. He smiled seeing the same scene unfold there.

“Amaira!! Abhiii!!!! I won't leave you two, idiot!!"  He heard her shouting at Abhimanyu who was laughing together with his wife.

Ryan chuckle hearing her annoyed voice. Aaruhi looks toward him through the curtain, hearing his melodious laugh. She felt butterflies and hiding her smile, she turned to her siblings with an angry pout.

All the elders laugh at their children's childishness.

After haldi ceremony

Taking a long refreshing shower, Aaruhi comes out of the bathroom dressed in a simple white anarkali suit.

She looks at the mirror and smiles seeing her skin glowing even more. She is loving herself and feels happy thinking how beautiful she is looking due to the afterglow of her haldi.

Suddenly a cold gust of wind comes making her hair flow back. She closes her eyes and smiles, feeling the coldness on her skin.

Taking her dupatta, she walked out of her room and went to the garden to enjoy the night cold breeze. She loves walking around on cold nights.

Suddenly she started feeling as if everything turned beautiful around her. She looks at the moon and stars which enhance the beauty of night. Smiling to herself, she walks near the pond but her steps halt seeing someone already standing there looking up at the sky.

Her heartbeats increase realizing who was he?

She unknowingly took a few steps near him before again stopping in her ways hearing his soft voice.

“I am getting married, Mumma Daddy. I really want you both to be present here and bless me….everyone is so happy. Especially Ma and Doll.." he chuckled softly, making Aaruhi's heart stop.

“Do you think she will be happy with me? Do I deserve her? She is beautiful, not just from outside but inside also. You guys would love her, I am sure. I am scared, what if I won’t be able to give her what she deserves. What if I couldn't stand her expectations?"

Aaruhi smiles, hearing him and standing in front of him with his back towards her.

“Are you planning to ditch me on the wedding day??" She said playfully.

Ryan startles hearing her sudden voice and about to turn around but Aaruhi stop him.

"Don't turn, Ryan. We are not allowed to see each other. It's a bad omen," she states in a serious voice.

Ryan smiles while looking in front.

“Miss. Lawyer, believes in omen, I don't know," he whispered .

"Even I don't know till now…” she murmured to herself but Ryan heard her and let out a chuckle.

"So are you really plan to ditching, Mr. Roy," she again asked.

"I will never. I mean I won't dare, Vakil Sahiba! I don't want you to file a case on me and fight against me in court. Nope!! It's better to fight as husband and wife, don't you think?? ” Ryan playfully said while Aaruhi giggled at his imagination.

Ryan smiles, feeling good as he makes her laugh.

After that there is peaceful silence while they gaze at the starry sky.

“Ryan…I felt lucky to have you as my life partner. You are more than I deserve in my life.  You are everything a girl wants in her husband, maybe more. You are mature, understanding, compassionate and respectful. And about expectations… umm, You are enough for me, Ryan. I don't want anything from you just you and your respect for our relationship,”

Ryan's heart stopped for a moment before it went crazy thinking about her words.

How can someone be so selfless and kind? He wondered.

He suddenly turned around not feeling her warmth near him. His eyes stare at her figure walking away from him, her long hairs and dupatta flowing due to wind. She turned slightly but her dupatta hid her face before he could catch her single glimpse.

He sighs softly as she is looking like an angel in her white flowy suit. And he felt something inside him, something beautiful.
