NARI

I was caught in a whirlwind of confusion. Was this a dream or a nightmare? A dream so intoxicatingly sexy where Roxie agreed to fulfill every fantasy Kai and I had, and I never wanted to wake up.

Or was it a nightmare? One where my long-time crush allowed Kai and me to fuck her senseless, only to be torn away from us, taking our hearts—my heart—with her.

Even then, I didn’t want to wake up. I wasn’t sure if I could separate my feelings from the physical, but I’d give it a shot if it meant more time with Roxie.

I had to keep reminding myself that this was all she could offer.

At the moment, it felt like a dream. We were all sprawled naked on Roxie’s massive bed, jotting down a list of fantasies. We were chatting and laughing as if we’d been dating for ages.

“Let’s watch a movie,” Roxie suggested, hopping off the bed to grab the remote control.

“You guys can stay if you want. No practice tomorrow and my parents are out of town,” she added as she flipped through the channels. It seemed like she was hoping we’d stay.

I could tell she was lonely in this massive house all by herself. I knew Kai would decline. He was an only child and always helped his parents out on the weekends.

I usually stayed at his place over the weekend so we wouldn’t miss out on time together.

“I can’t stay, but I can stick around for the movie. I gotta be up at six to help my dad with some yard work, so I have to go.

“But baby, you should stay and keep Roxie company,” Kai suggested, reaching for my hand and kissing my fingers.

I wasn’t sure if I should stay without Kai, but I agreed. “I’ll only stay if you cuddle me tonight, princess,” I said, mimicking the nickname Kai used for her.

“I’ll do more than cuddle you, Nari. I plan to be covered in you,” she replied, biting her lip. I shivered, and I knew they both noticed. How did she get me so worked up so quickly?

“Save some energy for me, you two. I’ll be here by 12,” Kai said, smirking at both of us. “I’ll always have energy for you, Kai,” I replied, kissing his cheek, then his lips.

As we lay together, cuddled up and watching a movie, my mind began to wander. I couldn’t help but think about how natural this felt. If only Roxie would reconsider this being only physical.

When she kissed me, I knew she felt more. I knew I felt more. I was terrified to tell her in fear that she would want to stop all of this well before the five months were over.

I wanted everyone to know she was ours. I didn’t care what anyone thought. If only she felt the same.

Kai yawned and I knew he’d leave soon. I was as tired as he was, but I knew I wouldn’t get any sleep tonight.

Roxie had said she wanted to be covered in my juices tonight, which was one of the sexiest things anyone had ever told me. How could I not give her what she asked for? Sleep be damned.

The movie ended and the credits began to roll. Kai got up to get dressed before kissing us both good night.

I typically didn’t like sleeping without Kai, but I was sure Roxie would make a good cuddle replacement for the night. She better make good on her promise.
