Sometimes no matter how much you try to speak your heart out, words are not just enough to describe how you truly feel.

ISHIKA POV

I was sleeping when I heard sounds like people were shouting, I slowly- slowly open my eyes and they take time to recognize the place where I still am. It's still dark, I turn my face and I am shocked to see my parents standing there and Ranveer was shouting on them, and it makes me angry as hell. I move out from the car and made my way towards them, and said;

"What is happening here?" I asked to no one in particular.

"Ishika you woke up!!" Ranveer said, and everyone become silent.

"What is happening here?" I again asked.

"I was asking these people to leave-" Ranveer said while glaring my parents and it increase more anger in me.

"Why?" I cut him off.

"What, why? They treat you like shit, I don't want you to suffer more coz of them-" he said.

"Did I ask you for your help?" I cut him off again. I know I am sounding rude but it's not my concern now.

"Ishika what are you saying. They aren't nice people; they shouldn't be come near you." Ranveer uttered.

"They are my parents Ranveer, for god sake. They treat me like a princess or like a shit; it's their headache; you are no one to talk to them like this. And for whatever the shit they did to me, I didn't hate them."

"I told you everything, just to make you understand why I don't celebrate my birthday, and for you to understand ME. But no, you didn't understand anything... shit!!" I yell at him and he stood like a statue, I know I hurt him with my words, but now I want to ask them what they are doing here.

So I just hold his hand in mine to amend my mistake and turn towards them with questioning gaze.

On seeing their faces it's a shock for me, coz they both look devastated like they had cried few minutes back. Though mom was still crying but dad eyes held those emotions which I was so longed to see for me. They held adoration, love and... Sorry.

"Ishika." Dad whisper with so much love that my eyes itself start tearing up.

He come forward and embraces me in a hug which I always want from him in mine all happy and sad moments. The fatherly hug of which I always envious of other children. I stood shocked of his action and didn't hug back.

"Ishika, my daughter, please forgive your father, for the crime he committed by sending you away from everyone, by giving you cold shoulder, by not be with you when you needed me the most. By treating you like shit. Please forgive me. Please forgive your father." Dad said with cracking voice, it pains me a lot. But I want answer of my question that why he did this to me and I am going to ask him for sure.

Before I say anything he again said;

"I know you want to know why I and your mother did this to you, and today I am going to tell you everything."

"First, your mother is not at any fault, she ignore you just because of me. I asked her to do this, and if she did not ignore you; she is going to see my dead body." Dad said with low voice and not meeting my eyes as his head was down in shame. And I really not do like it that my dad was ashamed of something. But still it was a shock for me that... Argh!!!

"My mother is a greedy person. For her no relation matter the only thing matter for her is money. MONEY. She can go to any extent just to have the money and power. She have powerful person behind her. I have tried everything literally everything but I don't know who is he?"

"When I... my father died his lawyer came with the will, at that time you were 2 years old."

"His will states that his entire property and the empire will belong to his first grand daughter that is you and when you attain the age of 26 the entire empire will be given to you and you will decide what you going to do with it but till then, I, your father will look after it."

"Only the mansion where my mother live will belong to her, all the property in outskirt region of Delhi will belong to my younger brother. He loved you so much that when he was on death bed he only asked for you."

"Everyone was okay with the will... but my mom was not fine with it. She asked her lawyer about the sudden changes, as she always believes that my father is going to make her the owner of the entire empire. But her dreams shattered and she changes from the loving mom or grand mom to a witch or so I always think that she loved us."

"She... she did everything from making everyone against me - you to..... Attempt to k...k...kill you. Everything you can think. But she failed, coz I protect you from her."

"When you were going to be 10, I decide to send you away from everyone just to protect you. I start pretending ignoring you, just for your safety. I know if I didn't do this to you they will going to kill you. So I did what I feel good for you."

"I am sorry, I send you away from everyone. Never called you never came to see you. But you know I was always near you, to protect you. I was always there, whenever you were in the fashion exhibitions, in awards.... everywhere."

"I still remember the first... award you got in fashion contest for sketching traditional outfit at age of 15, I saw you how happy and sad at the same time you were there while receiving award. I was there to see you but not to hug you, to praise you, to surprise you. I am sorry."

"I know why you choose to become the fashion designer.... (took a deep breath)... just to complete the dream of yo... your bua."

"And every time I see you receiving the achievements in your life from the age of 10 till now, it make my heart swell with pride. Like whenever anyone ask me who is she, I always say that I AM HER FATHER. "

"I know I didn't did anything of which you can proud of. In fact I snatch your childhood from you, But trust me I did what I feel the best for you. I know it's not going to be easy for you to forgive me but please at least try..."

"you know why I am telling you this today, coz today you are finally 26 and today the empire is yours and its up to you, what are you going to do with it. I did my duty up to now."

"I just always want you to be independent and see you are turned into a beautiful grown billionaire. The youngest self-made female billionaire."

"I love you my child so much but please forgive your father and mother for the sin, they did to you" dad completes and sat down on the floor crying loudly and my mom also crying but me standing in complete shock processing everything that my dad said to me.

Means he never hates me, he always loved me. He did everything just to protect me...,

I didn't realise that I slip but strong pairs of arm protect me from behind and my trance broke I tilt my face to look up and see Ranveer hold me and even his eyes are filled with tears.
