Aarav's POV

“There’s a girl in college who claims that either Darsh or Raj is secretly dating her” Aaradhya said with so much seriousness. My cute wifey.

“Oh bhabhi she’s a total liar. I know her. She’s after both of them” Riya said leaning against the couch.

“Yeah she looks like some kind of chalti phirti makeup ki dukaan” Aaradhya added and everyone burst out laughing. She is really something.

She kept telling us more about her day and everyone listened to her patiently. I couldn’t help but stare at her the whole time.

I think I have some feelings for her—maybe a crush or maybe it’s more than that. One thing is crystal clear to me, I’m never letting her go whether she wants it or not. She’s mine now in every way.

Author's POV

“When will we tell the family about our relationship?” Riya asked Jaye while he gently stroked her hair. She was cuddling with him in her room lying on him like she belonged there.

“Whenever you feel comfortable” Jaye replied with a small smile.

“But…” he said pausing.

“But what?” Riya asked looking up at him.

“What if they reject me as your life partner?” Jaye asked hesitantly.

Riya hit his chest lightly. “You’re such a dumbo. Everyone in the family loves you with their whole heart. They’ll never say no to us” Riya said with a wide smile.

“But there’s an age gap between us” Jaye added his voice filled with concern.

Riya sat up straight her face serious. “You know what? It’s just a six-year gap! And the way you’re saying all this, it feels like you’re not interested in marrying me. Fine, let’s do this Maa and Papa will find someone for me, and you can go find someone else for yourself!”

The moment Riya finished her sentence Jaye pinned her down on the bed hovering over her. His veins popped out in anger showing how jealous he is.

“I’ll kill anyone who even thinks of being with you!” Jaye growled in a dangerous voice.

“Oh, so Mr. Singh is angry now?” Riya teased her smile playful.

“Let me show you how angry I am Mrs. Soon-to-be Singh” Jaye said pressing his lips against hers Their argument turned into a passionate kiss as they devoured each other’s lips.

Outside the Door

“Bhabhi am I dreaming?” Mitali whispered to Sia.

“Mujhe bhi lagta hai chutki kaat mujhe” Sia replied.

Mitali lightly pinched Sia’s arm. “Ahh! This isn’t a dream” Sia said.

Both stared at each other with wide eyesnthen suddenly started jumping and hugging each other tightly.

“Oh my God! I’m so happy! Bhabhi my dream is coming true!” Mitali said tears of happiness rolling down her cheeks.

“Tera nahi humara sapna pagli!” Sia said wiping Mitali’s happy tears.

“I always dreamed that Riya would marry Jaye and now it’s actually happening!” Sia said excitedly.

“Meri bacchi ko Jaye se accha ladka mil hi nahi sakta. Heera h humara jaue!” Mitali said her eyes shining with love for Jaye.

“But we won’t tell our husbands about this” Sia said suddenly.

“Haan bhabhi! Dono bhaion ke pet me baat nahi rukti And since Jaye and Riya aren’t ready to share this with everyone yet we’ll also act like we don’t know anything” Mitali agreed.

“Chalo let’s celebrate with something sweet!” Sia said and Mitali nodded eagerly.

With their arms wrapped around each other’s shoulders they headed toward the kitchen jumping slightly in excitement.

Next morning

Aaradhya's POV

I was getting ready for college when I saw Aarav Ji coming out of the closet dressed in a sharp three-piece suit. He looked so handsome. My gaze landed on his lips-so pink and perfect, they seemed like a dream.

Oh my God, I thought. I wish I could kiss those lips right now.

"Wanna have it?" Aarav Ji asked suddenly snapping me out of my thoughts. I choked on my breath listening to him.

"N-No!" I stammered turning to look at him. He was smirking. He took a step closer stopping just an inch away from me.

"What are you thinking, wifey?" he teased. "Don't tell me you were thinking something unholy."

My eyes widened as I quickly shook my head. He chuckled softly and for some reason, even that felt so attractive to me.

"I was asking if you want this chocolate" he said, holding up a chocolate bar. My eyes however fell on his veiny hands. My heart raced. Why does he look like a full-course meal? Aaradhya, stop behaving like a pervert!

"It's fine if you don't want it" he said about to place the chocolate on the table. Without thinking I grabbed his hand.

"I want it," I blurted out and took the chocolate from his hand. That's when I noticed he was standing frozen.

I looked up at him confused and then glanced at my hand, which was still holding his. I quickly let go worried. Maybe he didn't like my touch, I thought. feeling this my chest tighten.

I took the chocolate and turned to leave but he grabbed my hand and put it right back where it was. Surprised, I looked at him, only to find him already staring at me.

He stepped closer closing the gap between us until not even air could pass through. His towering height made me feel small, though I wasn't exactly short. He bent down slightly. his deep, husky voice sending shivers down my spine.

"You're my wife. You have every right to touch me and do whatever you want with me wifey" he whispered, his words burning into me.

I couldn't look away from him. My body felt warm my heart racing uncontrollably. His eyes dropped to my lips, and he swallowed hard, his Adam's apple moving visibly.

Oh God his hotness is going to kill me today!

"Aarav maa......" Jaye's voice suddenly rang out breaking the moment.

Startled I pushed Aarav Ji so hard that he stumbled and hit the wall. I turned to see Jaye who looked embarrassed.

"Sorry wrong timing!" Jaye said quickly retreating and closing the door behind him.

I turned back horrified and saw Aarav Ji still standing against the wall glaring at me.

I grinned sheepishly. "Sorry! Maa aayi!" I mumbled before grabbing my bag and dashing out of the room.

Jaye you're dead!

As I reached the stairs I noticed Aarav Ji following behind me still glaring. He looked so cute like that. This man will drive me insane! I thought hurrying to the dining table.

Everyone was already there, waiting for us.

"Good morning lovely couple!" they greeted us in unison.

Jaye I'm going to kill you! I glared at him but he gave me an innocent smile.

"I didn't tell anyone what you two were doing in the room" Jaye said making my face heat up. I hid my face behind my hair.

"So what? We're husband and wife" Aarav Ji said nonchalantly sitting beside me.

"Oohoo!" Everyone started teasing us, making me wish the ground would swallow me.

"Mere bacchon ko kisi ki nazar na lage" Maa said smiling fondly. I smiled a little trying to hide my embarrassment.

I avoided eye contact with everyone throughout breakfast.

"Should I drop you princess?" Papa asked and I smiled, shaking my head.

"No Papa I'll go with Jaye" I said and he nodded.

"Nope. You'll go with the driver from now on" Aarav Ji said firmly catching me off guard.

"Why not with me?" Jaye asked annoyed.

"Because your workplace is in the opposite direction of her college. It's inconvenient for you" Aarav Ji replied calmly focusing on his breakfast.

"I'm fine with it...." Jaye began, but I interrupted.

"I'll go with the driver. Please don't worry about me" I said softly. Jaye scoffed but nodded.

After breakfast I grabbed my things and bid farewell. "Take care of yourself" Maa and Chachi said as I stepped outside.

I noticed that Riya, Darsh, and Raj had already left.

"Aarav Ji!" I called out seeing him walking down the stairs. He stopped and turned toward me. I hurried over to him.

"Thank you for the chocolate" I said waiting for his reaction.

"Repeat that" he said confusing me.

"Thank you for the chocolate" I repeated and he shook his head.

"What did you call me?" he asked and I realized what he meant. A small smile formed on my lips.

"Aarav Ji" I said softly. His face lit up with a wide smile.

"Again" he said his excitement almost childlike.

"Aarav Ji, thank you so much for the chocolate" I said with a teasing smile. He chuckled.

"My name sounds so good coming from your pretty mouth, wifey" he said, making my breath hitch.

"I... I'm getting late" I stammered spotting the car that must have been sent for me. I walked toward it.

"I'm leaving" I said sitting inside. Aarav Ji shut the door with a wide smile.

"Bye-bye, wifey" he said. I couldn't help but smile as the driver started the car heading toward my college.

Aarav's POV

Oh my God, this is the best day of my life! I thought, settling into the car as the driver started it. Her voice saying my name… I’ll die for sure. A wide smile spread across my face. The morning incident and now this. I think I’m falling for you, my little wifey.

I glanced at her picture on my phone, taken when she was sleeping. Don’t think of me as a creep she’s my wife.

I’ll make you fall for me Aaradhya I promised silently. Aarav Yaduvanshi always gets what he wants.

She’s becoming my everything slowly but surely. Her small actions make my day brighter. I never thought I could like someone, but it’s happening. I didn’t realize it before, but now I’m certain I like her.

I can’t see her with anyone else. I can’t even imagine my future without her. Aaradhya, what are you doing to this heartless man?

Just hearing my name from her lips makes me the happiest man alive. Believe me it sounds like the best music of the world.

The car stopped in front of my office building. Straightening my coat I stepped out and walked towards my cabin.

“Good morning, sir” Rahul greeted me with a slight bow.

“Good morning” I replied with a nod surprising him. He stared at me as if he’d seen a ghost.

It’s probably because I rarely reply to greetings. But Rahul is different, one of my most loyal men. His father worked for my father and now he works for me. I trust him completely.

I sat down in my chair as Rahul started briefing me on my schedule for the day.

“Give a bonus of one lakh to each of our employees and staff” I said suddenly a smile lingering on my lips.

Rahul froze, staring at me as if he didn’t hear me right.

“Yes, you heard it correctly” I confirmed leaning back in my chair.

He nodded quickly muttering something about informing the finance team before leaving my cabin.

If Aaradhya keeps behaving like this it’ll be hard for me to stay sane around her.

First, I need to know if she’s ready to give this marriage a chance. Even if she isn’t, I have my ways. A smirk crept onto my lips.

By hook or by crook you’re mine, wifey.

Aaradhya’s POV

“Yes I’m serious. He was looking at you” Kia said excitedly. She was telling me that one of our seniors who is very popular among girls was staring at me.

Kia is like the gossip queen of our college. It’s only been one day and she already knows everything about everyone who’s a couple, who’s a playboy, and much more.

“Maybe he was looking at you” I teased with a smile.

“I already told you na? He’s not my type” she said rolling her eyes and I burst out laughing. Kia tells me she wants a calm boy who would patiently listen to her endless chatter.

“Well he’s not my type either. Everyone says he’s a playboy” I replied shrugging.

“Okay, but if he proposes to you directly at least don’t say no immediately. Let’s see what kind of guy he really is” she suggested with a mischievous grin.

I chuckled at her antics. She’s already trying to match me with him.

After classes ended. I walked out of the university building.

“Bye-bye sweetheart!” Kia said waving as she drove away in her car.

Kia reminds me of Riya sweet and innocent.

I saw my car approaching and got in.

“Hello, ma’am” Arjun the driver greeted me.

He’s one of Aarav Ji’s most trusted men and probably around 25 years old. To be honest he looks a bit intimidating.

“Hey” I said casually as he started the car.

“Can you please stop at that shop?” I pointed to a store on the side of the road.

He nodded and pulled over.

I got out bought a few things, and returned to the car. As I stepped out of the shop, I noticed Arjun talking on the phone.

“Yes, boss. Ma’am is here. She’s buying something…” he said but stopped abruptly when I snatched the phone from him.

“Hello?” I said on the phone glaring at Arjun.

“If you needed something, you could’ve just told me. I would’ve bought it for you” Aarav Ji said from the other end, his tone filled with concern.

“No, Aarav Ji. It’s just some personal things I needed” I replied softly.

“Hmm. Okay. See you at home” he said before I ended the call and handed the phone back to Arjun.

“You don’t have to tell Aarav Ji every single thing about me” I said firmly.

“Sorry, ma’am. It’s my duty” he replied focusing on the road.

“Well, it’s my order. If you keep doing this, I’ll complain about you to him” I said crossing my arms.

Arjun nodded without another word.

When I reached home I went straight to my room and found Maa, Chachi, and Riya already there waiting for me.

Aarav’s POV

I returned home from the office, but it was a bit late. The house was quiet and I guessed everyone had already gone to bed.

Making my way to my room I opened the door, but before I could fully step in something felt wrong.

“What… is this?” I murmured, my vision starting to blur. My head felt heavy, and everything around me began to spin before I stumbled and ......
